I am not sure how he has 4.9 stars. He was rude over text. I told him I got a diagnostic today and gave him the codes that were pulled. I was reaching out to him because the repair shop gave me an extremely high number. He told me I would need to get another diagnostic from him for $100. I asked him if I could get an overall estimate then based on the codes I ALREADY had because I did not want to waste another $100. He responded like he was annoyed by that. Seems like he just wants money, poor customer service.
