Dr. Lada Sloan is an excellent doctor. She listens to me regarding my health issues and takes immediate action to resolve them. She's very professional, but still shows empathy for my issues. She seems to sincerely care about me and problems. I feel very comfortable with her treatment and trust that she is doing everything to keep my health issues under control. Her staff is wonderful. They are very friendly, helpful and also caring. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Sloan as my primary care doctor.
The staff is nice and facility is clean. I like that the parking garage is attached to the building , it is easy to navigate without getting out in the elements or having to cross the street etc…. There is a food court where the pedestrian connector comes into the building from parking garage. I like that you can get labs done when going for a doctor appointment- under 1 roof. I think if need be, you can also get scans/ x-rays done in same building.

The nurse who took my vitals was great. She was professional , caring, and very kind. She took her time and put me at ease before taking my blood pressure. And asked appropriate questions and liste Ned to my answer s carefully.
Dr. Lada Sloan is very thorough and spends a lot of time with patients and review your medical history to make sure you have had all of your vaccinations, etc. She is a competent caring physician and knows her trade.
Kelley amswered all my questions and followed up with her own. Testing was individualized to my history/concerns. Evaluation of labs was thoroughly examined along with llifestyle changes i could make . Confident I can enact the changes and retest in a few months.
