Really clean, well located hotel. 20 minute walk to downtown across a pedestrian bridge with lovely views of the river. Plenty of information to help navigate Nashville available. Building works whilst the new stadium next door is being constructed but it didn't impact on the stay. All the staff are really friendly, shout out to Tamika for a smooth check-in, Michael, who managed the bar area for his knowledge on the local area and Alex who was also so helpful with storing our luggage whilst we were waiting for our flight. Good choice for breakfast, make your own waffles and pancakes! Scrambled eggs were so good😋 The only comment to make were the toasters could do with an update, in line with all the other top end features. Lovely bar menu, food served hot and very tasty. Room was cleaned daily and had coffee machine, fridge. Large walk in shower, sofa area and TV's. Comfy, clean beds. We used Uber to get around, cheaper than local taxis from our experience. But, we were told Lyft was also available so maybe do a price check on both. We weren't travelling with pets but it was great to see that they could be accommodated🐾 Would definitely stay here again.
From the moment I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the front desk and asked if I needed any assistance. Check-in was quick, accompanied by some warm and friendly conversation that made the experience feel welcoming and genuine. The front desk staff handled everything with the utmost professionalism and respect for both guests and the company. Her mother-in-law spoke Chinese. Wonderful employee! It only got better from there. Michael at the bar was exceptional--he crafted some of the best mixed drinks I've had, all while maintaining a clean, organized space and staying attentive to every guest's needs. To top it off, Aretha at the front desk during the later hours truly stood out. I watched her assist three elderly guests with remarkable patience and care, accept a food delivery, coordinate with valet, and handle my store purchase--all within a short time frame and without missing a beat. Her professionalism and composure were impressive. I'd like to acknowledge and commend these team members for their outstanding service. My room was on the 8th floor, facing the stadium that's being co constructed for the World Cup. Super quiet, and the sounds construction was nonexistent. I recommend this place 100%

It was distinctly average. The hotel was clean and the few staff we spoke to were polite. As soon as we arrived we were directed to the concierge who was very friendly but giving us the sell on attractions that we could get a discount to if we were to attend some talk for 90 mins. We had been travelling for 16 hours and were extremely tired, it was too much as soon as we got there! Location was ok and walkable from downtown but it was over the river and walking back in the midday heat was a killer. Room was ok, curtains didn’t fit the window properly so early morning the sun shone through very brightly. The water pressure wasn’t great but the water was warm. Breakfast was ok usual range of cereals, pancakes, waffles etc and then fried potatoes, burger/sausage patty and scrambled eggs. It was all edible but disappointing that everything used was disposable - huge amount of waste! Today, we checked out and discovered a glass we bought from the Grand ole Opry was missing. We assume it was binned but we had paid money for that and the lady on reception just logged it! It was just ok.
Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Great breakfast. The front desk staff was super slow. Took almost 30 minutes to check in. Fold away bed had not blankets or sheets. None were in the room either. Called the front desk before having to make the trip down stairs to get them which brings me to the elevators. Holy cow the wait times are stupid crazy on them. Not sure I waited less than 10 minutes for an elevator at any point. Bar and food was good! Comfortable beds. House keepers were all nice.
Stayed here in May, rooms were clean and comfortable. Although there was construction going on outside, it was quiet. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Has a bar and serves food which was very reasonably priced. Short 10 minute walk to Broadway so very convenient location. Also very safe despite homeless people on walk way
