Dr. Flores and his team are the absolute best!! Dr. Flores is extremely patient and caring. He addresses all of my concerns and makes sure I am comfortable with the information he provides. His team is just as kind. My calls and messages are always responded to quickly.
Dr. Moore is the BEST! She is my first PCP ever & I am so glad I found her. She is amazing at her job and you can tell she truly cares about the care of her patients. Whenever I send messages thru the portal, she responds! Her office staff also has amazing customer service, which is hard to find these days. They greet you with smiles & hello's. Also, the phlebotomy lady with the Black wavy hair is top tier! Completely painless experience.
Great visit from booking the appointment to going into the new location. I didn’t see my regular doctor due to the urgency. However Julia Baldwin, PA was excellent. She took her time, ask me all the right questions to help diagnose me, and prescribed me medication that truly helped. Thank you so much from the ladies at the check in counter to PA Baldwin. Great visit!

I have been going to this practice for a long time. My doctor is excellent. I have no complaints about service here. However, last few times I have been here, my wait times have been significantly long. The last visit I had this week, I had to wait almost 2 hours before I was able to see the doctor. I hope this can be improved and the office keeps track of the appointment times and the time when a patient is seen. Thank you.
I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my annual physical exam with Dr. Lisse. He was efficient but thorough and covered everything. Also listened carefully and asked all the right questions. However, the computer system they use for Taking notes in the room is antiquated. The woman checking vital signs and reviewing medication’s when I arrived in the room had a hard time finding the right medication in and dosage the computer. I looked on with her and some of them just weren’t there. Also, some of my past history is listed wrong but I only saw it after the Visit-It was not available to look at before the visit even though it was already in my record. The lab and x-ray area is worth very good and efficient also. Overall though I highly recommend Dr. Lisse as a primary care physician
