This iconic Denver firm also does Social Security - SSI / SSDI law - I was represented by Partner Katherine “Katie” Roberts - who entered after the initial “deny” filing my “motion for reconsideration” staying until the end - With her excellent Willhite team, including Paralegal Alejandra who took care of me over 18 months, always encouraging me and always brutally honest. Alejandra support in the long waiting kept the case glued together always giving us the best chance! At the end of the day, it’s always up to the SSA and administrative judge - Katie did her job advocating, throwing the kitchen sink, a fantastic administrative court hearing lawyer, giving me the best chance to win. And I did. Evidence will support Katie is probably the best SSI/SSDI lawyer in all of Colorado, I certainly believe it! The total lifecycle took me about 28 months, which has NOTHING to do with the lawyer. I feel like it could’ve been longer if she wasn’t involved.
