We needed to replace a toilet and had planned to do it ourselves - but really didn't want to. So we made a few calls and made an appointment with another local company (but couldn't get an estimate) and also wanted to call another as due diligence - we called Watertite and connected with Sharif (on a Saturday!) and are very glad we did. He gave us a fair estimate and answered all of our questions so we set up an appointment and are very happy with the service and the new commode. Sharif is very communicative, friendly, explains everything very clearly, and did a terrific job. Watertite will be our go-to for plumbing needs in the future; it's a relief to work with a company we can trust, and Sharif is wonderful!

I called Watertite to have have a variety of work done including a recessed water line and drain kit installed for my washer, a recessed vent kit installed for my dryer, a recessed water line kit installed for my refrigerator, and a quarter turn valve installed for my dishwasher. Watertite was able to get me on the schedule quickly, provided affordable and transparent pricing, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. 5/5 for excellent service! I will definitely be using them for any future work!
Had a really good experience with Watertite Plumbing. We needed a full sewer replacement, which is a big, messy job, and after getting a few quotes from other companies that were way higher than expected, Watertite came in at a much better price and saved us thousands. This wasn’t an easy project—they had to dig, deal with old lines, and work through some tough conditions—but they handled it without cutting corners. You could tell they put in a lot of hard work to get everything done right. They kept the area as clean as possible, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was working properly before wrapping up. They were also easy to deal with the whole time. They explained what they were doing, kept us updated, and when some extra work came up, they were upfront about it instead of trying to hide it or tack on surprise charges. Overall, just honest, hardworking people who do solid work and don’t overcharge. I’d definitely recommend Watertite Plumbing, especially for a big job like a sewer replacement.
