I had a great experience with Dr. Roof Atlanta. They completed multiple roof repairs on my home, including fascia replacement, shingle repairs, decking replacement, and sealing around the power mast. The crew was professional, on time, and left everything clean. Pricing was clear and fair, and the work was done right. I would definitely recommend them.
I had a great experience with Dr. Roof from start to finish. Drake and the team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Drake explained everything clearly, each step of the process from filing claim to final step. Dennis and his installation team showed up on time, and completed the work exactly as promised. The quality of the work is excellent, and they left the area clean when the job was done. It’s hard to find a roofing company you can truly trust, but Dr. Roof definitely delivers. I received free estimates from three roofing companies. My mom prompted me to give Dr. Roof a call since she had such a good experience with them. Don from Dr. Roof gave the most comprehensive, practical, and no-nonsense evaluation of the three. He noted and provided more detailed feedback on the severity of the issues he spotted, and helped me think through what would make the most sense to fix, defer, or ignore as irrelevant. I was very pleased with the gentleman who performed the work as well. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right the first time. I highly recommend Dr. Roof's work and work ethic- a rarity these days.
Dr. Roof responded quickly to roof damage caused by tree limb blown down during an ice storm. The estimator provided temporary patch for the hole and a work crew was scheduled in a timely manner to complete the repairs. I added additional work to their Scope of Work to include re-roofing a sunroom. Work was done professionally. Price was likely a little high but urgency was critical so I did not get multiple bids.
