This place is absolutely deserving of their high rating. I believe I relied on them once before when extremely cold temperatures caused freezing in my condensate pump and I needed it replaced rather urgently. I don’t think reviewed them then because I was so busy dealing with issues from the flooding that ensued prior to their help, but they were absolutely deserving. Today I’m even more certain in my review. I called and the dispatch I got was the owner, a journeyman plumber, who took his time to talk with me and gave solid, honest advice. I learned recently that the membership program I had with Seatown Services was supporting a private equity firm designed to extract maximum profits. Nevertheless, I do still have credit for reduced price on servicing my tankless water heater. I shared this with the plumber I talked to at Queen plumbing (I missed his name) and he shared the advice to use the credit I have for reduced cost servicing this one time because I’ve already paid for it. This is a remarkably helpful insight. I will be turning to Queen in the future as I cancel my partnership with a private equity owned company.
We had Queen Plumbing install a new tankless water heater in our Seattle townhouse and add hot water to an outdoor faucet for dog baths. They were the most efficient and transparent of all the companies we got quotes from, and they scheduled the job quickly. The install was professional and friendly, and the work showed real pride and attention to detail. I don’t usually write reviews, but Queen Plumbing is exactly what you hope for in a plumber. We’ll be using them from now on.

Water heater died right before Christmas, Oh no. Steven at Queen Plumbing had a great response time. Answered all my questions I had about replacing the water heater. Quoted me a fair price. He was out the next available time slot even working around my schedule. Arrived early, quickly and professionally completed the job. Results speak for themselves.
