We highly recommend Rye Construction for your basement finish needs. The work is very professional, and the team finished earlier than expected. Tyler was a great project manager and was willing to work with us so that we completed some of the work to reduce our expenses. Additionally, the team was very careful to keep everything clean each day after they left. We would certainly hire them again for any big projects.
Communication was great. They showed up on time. It was a difficult basement project due to the hanging duct work/ pipes left by my original house builder. Rye moved duct work and made the space work perfectly. They made suggestions but also did what I requested for my “art studio”. All the contractors were skilled and precise. Changes that I wanted were made quickly and the project completed before the estimated date. Highly recommend Rye Construction and their team. The final product makes me very happy.

Would highly suggest Tyler and his team at Rye Construction. My wife and I wanted to completely renovate and finish our 1,000 sq ft basement as it wasn’t to code and was outdated from the 80s. After interviewing about 7 general contractors, we felt most comfortable with Tyler and were not disappointed. His entire team was a pleasure to work with and the same goes for most of his subcontractors. While we did run into a hiccup at the very beginning with a window subcontractor crushing my irrigation control panel with a tractor, Tyler was extremely fast to get it fixed and they even worked over the weekend to make sure it was resolved, without any headaches and in a fast manner. This proved that I made the right decision by having a contractor who will make sure everything is done correctly and efficiently. The entire process was smooth and even though the project took one month longer than planned (4 months total) they made every effort to complete the project asap. I plan to do more work to my house in the near future and will be sure to give Rye Construction a call again!
Tyler and his team did a fantastic job with all 3 of our bathrooms. They were prompt, so respectful, and worked with no major delays, even showing up in a snowstorm without batting an eye. The attention to detail, communication, and the overall work ethic of the entire team is amazing and that is so hard to come by these days - Even our kids fell in love with Mr. Tyler and Mr. Alex. Additionally, they stayed true to their bid, and timeline which was such a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend Rye Construction and will be reaching out to them again when we are ready for our kitchen remodel!
Working with Rye Construction was a delight. We heard horror stories about working with contractors so we were nervous when we started the process of remodeling. Thankfully, we experienced none of that. The team was professional, timely, reliable, and the end result was beautiful with great craftsmanship. And the cost was reasonable. We received quotes from others who felt less reliable that were higher. Tyler and the team at Rye are gems—we highly recommend.
