Mr. Vest took my case when everyone else refused to because they didn’t have the time to prepare for court. I spoke with him in early-mid January and explained to him I had been representing myself throughout the divorce process and that I was going to trial in early March. He said that’s not a problem and asked what I wanted. He give me great feedback and advise on the best way to move forward, and kept me informed and responded to any calls/emails expeditiously. He made a few calls to my ex’s attorney, and a couple days before the trial date, got them to agree to my terms. Within a week after the agreement, even before an order was signed by a judge, I was able to be with my kids again (449 days with no contact). Mr. Vest knew that was my priority and he made it his, that’s how a representing attorney should operate. I would recommend and hire Barr jones and Associates again for any legal issue I may come across.
Monica is the best person that happened to the Bittner family. She is on top of her games. She helped us accomplish what needed to happen. Issac her assistant was amazing as well. Alexander Petraglia stepped in with very short notice after swapping attorneys. To say the least, he made himself very familiar with my case and the details of the case.
