The best Plumbing call I ever made in Centerville/Washington Township, Ohio. Gabe was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, knows what he's talking about. He answers all our questions and concerns and helped us make a right decision on choosing a new water heater. Job was done the same day, took 2.5 hours to install all by himself. Highly recommended. We look forward to call them for our needs in the future.
The Logan team was outstanding! They dispatched Steven Jones w/in 2 hours of my request for help and he quickly assessed my HVAC system; provided replacement options; explained the payment options; and secured next day installation! Kyle K arrived the next morning with his crew and replaced my system in about 5 hours. They were very professional and courteous. Kyle explained everything and walked me through the thermostat system, deployed sensors, and the app. While we replaced a Trane unit, we have already noticed a much improved airflow in our rooms upstairs.

I wanted to share my positive experience working with Logan's HVAC. Our 10-year-old AC system was leaking refrigerant at the coil, and I decided it was time to replace the entire system. After calling several local HVAC companies in Dayton and receiving quotes ranging from $7,000 to $28,000, Logan's provided the best, most reasonable quote. Following extensive research comparing heat pumps, I chose to install a dual-fuel hybrid system (propane and electric heat pump). Logan's was able to complete the entire installation within 24 hours of providing the estimate. While it has only been a few days and I cannot yet speak to the long-term longevity of the Daikin Fit System, the customer service, support, and installation process have been by far the best experience I have had. The Daikin Fit keeps the house cooler than my last AC as it runs constantly not short cycling over and over. You can't even hear the system running outside that's how quiet it is. Hope this system last's me longer than the previous..
I recently had Logan Services install a new Trane XV20i and S9V2 variable-speed furnace, and the whole experience was about as smooth as it gets. Bobby and his team handled the install start to finish and did a great job. They showed up on time, were respectful of the house, and clearly knew what they were doing — no shortcuts, no guesswork. Bobby took the time to walk me through the system and answer my questions, and the crew kept the work area clean the entire time. *** update*** Beyond pleased with the system I had installed today. For 2 years, I would not get good heat upstairs in my Cape Cod. Tonight, so much heat blew that I had to turn down the temp to 68! I never imagined my upstairs could get so hot!!! Thank you Logan for changing this!!! As a former employee when I needed a new furnace Logan was my first choice to call. Honest, trustworthy, customer centric, and reliable would be how I described my experience. The home warranty company would not cover a cracked heat exchanger and the company they sent wanted an exorbitant amount to replace. Logan, gave me an honest and beyond fair price for the same replacement. Logan also included updating my flue pipe that the other company wanted to charge me extra for. If you are on the fence about an having to replace or repair your heating, cooling or plumbing needs, I would definitely recommend this company.
