Positives: Steven at the front desk took care of us, gave us great insider tips to the venue we were going to that night and it turned out to be invaluable! He made our night! - Kristin at the Club Room downstairs, and the chicken schnitzel was to die for. Negatives: the lighting at the vanity and anywhere there was a mirror was horrible. Everyone looks better in dim light but no one can possibly get ready by the light of a 20 watt bulb. Ladies. Being a lighted mirror. - you need your room key to access the elevators. No one told us. Other travelers joked that they stood in the elevator for 10 minutes before they realized they hadn’t moved. - coffee in the room took a half hour to figure out, and bring your reading glasses. Coffee is a steeped bag like tea. And only one small cup per 2 persons. Staff was wonderful, but for the prices, we expected more. We were so pissed about the coffee in the room, and the price of parking, we weren’t going back to the restaurant for breakfast.
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying overnight at this charming hotel on Saturday, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The unique interior design captivated us, and we appreciated the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. The service was exceptional—from the valet to the front desk staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We arrived a bit early, and while our original room wasn’t ready yet, the staff promptly accommodated us by providing another room without delay. The rooms themselves are snug and inviting, featuring a spacious king bed with a delightful ambiance that evokes the early Hollywood charm of the 1920s. Although the room was initially a bit chilly, the heating system quickly made it comfortable. The location couldn’t be more ideal, especially if you're looking to explore the nightlife, enjoy a show at Playhouse Square, or catch a ball game. There’s a reasonably priced parking garage adjacent to the hotel, with overnight rates at $32. However, the valet service, while convenient, was a little on the pricier side at $72, especially considering how long it took to retrieve our car. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we look forward to returning!

Lovely front desk attendants. Stunning property! The details are just beautiful. What a wonderful job they did creating lovely spaces with ambiance. From the lighting to the wallpaper…all of it is perfection. Comfy bed, super strong water pressure. Cozy room and we loved the prosecco that was waiting for us- thank you so much. So much to look at, every space was so charming. We had dinner and breakfast at the Club Room restaurant which was divine. Such delicious food and loved our anniversary piece of cheesecake they brought out for us! So kind. Highly recommend staying here and grabbing a meal from the restaurant!
Beautiful hotel with old world charm with an updated flare. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and dedicated to making our stay perfect. We are locals who were there for a staycation to see downtown dressed up for the holidays and experience the hotel. We sat at the bar in the cozy club room for drinks and took advantage of the hotel’s location which provides easy access to great restaurants and fun things to see and do. We truly appreciated the pet friendly policy too. They have a no charge unless there’s a problem policy which meant we could bring our older dog who goes everywhere with us. Thank you Fidelity Hotel for a great experience! We’ll be back next year!
Beautiful hotel. The Decor deserves an award. Staff are super friendly and extremely accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel has incredible food. Yes, its a touch pricey, but SO worth it in my opinion. My wife hates hotels, and absolutely loved this place. We will return someday, just for this hotel!
