I really wanted to love this hotel because it has so much potential. The property is beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was also delicious. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was a huge disappointment. When I checked in, there were two coffee pods in the room. I assumed they would be replenished whenever the room was serviced, but instead I had to call the front desk every time I needed more. The number of towels was different after almost every cleaning, which made the service feel inconsistent. The room was also quite dusty. I found hair ties left behind by previous guests sitting in plain sight, and the TV was covered in dust. These are basic details that should never be overlooked. On the first day, I thought maybe housekeeping had simply been rushed, so I left a generous tip hoping the room would receive a little more attention. Unfortunately, nothing changed for the rest of my stay. It’s clear that the owners invested their heart into this hotel, but the careless housekeeping staff undermines the entire experience. My five-day stay ended up being far less comfortable than it should have been because of these issues. I truly hope management addresses the housekeeping standards, because this hotel deserves much better.
Charming hotel, with lovely engaged and interested team of employees. We felt very welcomed there. The gorgeous room (that we were in) was small, but efficiently set up. We were there for one night so that did not concern us. If you have a longer stay with more luggage, you may want to call to choose the room right for you. The bed was so comfortable. We did not try out the restaurant or bar, but would definitely return to do so. The only advice I have for women is to bring a lighted makeup mirror because you will need it.

Due to an emergency, we found ourselves needing to book a hotel at 11pm, and we are so glad we found this place! The woman on the phone was very kind, and David at the front desk had amazing customer service and you could tell he had both pride in his work and in the hotel. He went above and beyond to make us and our pup feel well taken care of. The place was gorgeous! The standard king was on the smaller side of rooms but very well curated and felt luxurious! Valet was also very prompt and nice! Even though we were only there for about 7 hours, I will be recommending this place for my friends and family when they visit!
Front desk service was great. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room itself was fairly clean in general. The ceiling HVAC filter was heavily dusty so I had to ask to get the filter replaced. There were a few holes in the bedsheets near the top. The cabinet fridge was having condensation issues and was dripping inside the cabinet. The shower curtain was far too long so it was pooling on the floor, unable to dry properly. When fabrics can't dry quickly enough, mold will grow. The bathroom had a funky smell after a shower. I told the front desk that the shower curtain needs to be replaced with a one that fits. The initial response was to fold the curtain on the inside and hold it in place with clothespins. Awesome. So now when a person would shower, the water would fall into these newly formed pockets and pool there. 🤦♀️ They said that they had a shorter curtain but it was way too short when it was installed. Like, 3 feet above the floor. So that meant water splashing all over the bathroom floor. There was also a bulge in the water line for the showerhead, so that was weird and concerning. There is no ice machine on any of the floors, you have to go to the restaurant to get it. I'm not saying the whole experience was bad. The beds are very comfortable. The decor is unique and fun. The staff were generally great. There is just room for improvement.
Outstanding stay in Cleveland! This hotel is perfectly located near downtown attractions, restaurants, and entertainment, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable—the bed was excellent, and the shower had great water pressure (a huge plus after a long day). The overall design and decor of the hotel felt upscale and well thought out. Customer service really stood out. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything we needed. Valet service was smooth and efficient, making arrival and departure hassle-free. We also loved the bar—creative cocktails that actually taste as good as they look. It added a fun, high-end touch to the experience. Security was noticeable in a good way, especially in the evenings, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay. For the price, this hotel delivers excellent value. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Cleveland with great service and amenities, I highly recommend it.
