I contacted Mid-South because I read some positive reviews for the company. They sent James and from the beginning he was helpful, insightful, and educational. My wife and I are fortunate to have a great insurance company, and James worked well in coordination with the company. Not only was James professional and knowledgeable, but the crew who came out and replaced our roof was second to none. James and the crew ensured the roof was installed correctly, completed in a timely manner, and that we were satisfied with the results. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned up everything after the work was finished. If you have roof issues, I recommend you contact this company. We had an excellent experience with MidSouth Construction. James was nothing short of amazing to work with and helped us secure a full roof replacement after our insurance initially approved only a minimal partial repair. Throughout the process, James stayed in close communication, advocated on our behalf with the insurance company, and visited our property multiple times whenever new photos or specifications were needed. I would recommend MidSouth to anyone. They were great to work with even before the replacement began, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. All work was completed in a single day, and James clearly explained what to expect at each stage of the process. They truly are the best.
James came out and looked at a repair after the January 2026 ice apocalypse. James has been fantastic to work with. He kept in constant contact with me at all times. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about what was going to be done. He knew exactly what we were talking about with the issue of ice dams. They came out and complete the repairs and did a fantastic job. They even fixed a few other issues they came across since they had extra material. James was on top it from the get go. James came back out a few days after the repair job was finished to make sure everything was how we liked it and answered any question we had. James really took the time to make us feel like we mattered and were like his family and it was there house being worked on. He really did go above and beyond the expectations we had to make sure we didn’t have anymore problems.
