Right from the start with the first phone call with Brett everything was a breeze and he was very detailed and extremely professional. I knew what to expect and he even followed up the day of my appointment to remind me and make sure that I didn't have any more questions for him. He has been so pleasant through my process and very helpful. Today was my appointment for the inspection and Leo was the inspector that came out. Hands down he was very informational and he walked around with me to listen in detail to my concerns. He was very knowledgable and he took a lot of photos and then he performed his inspection on the roof. It was a pleasure knowing that I was dealing with a very honest and trustworthy person that I could depend on and not take advantage of me because I'm elder. We had a great experience using Atlanta Metro Roofing. They approached us and suggested we investigate an insurance claim since we had two hail storms in our area. I didn't think we would be approved but they were correct and our roof was fully paid by insurance. Shari was extremely helpful in providing samples and numerous photos of houses with similar brick. This made the selection process easier and less stressful. The roof was installed in one day and the gutters in one additional day. A VERY smooth and painless process. Highly recommend. 😊

While Leo @ AMR was repairing my neighbor’s roof, he noticed some rotted damaged fascia on my 2nd story roof. He informed my neighbor who let me know and I reached out to Shari @ AMR. Leo came out the same week to provide a very fair estimate to repair the damaged facia along my roof line. Leo and his team made the repairs promptly and it looks great now. They took photos of the entire work as they progressed. Atlanta Metro Roofing is reliable and does excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
