Stayed here for one night in February 2026 and would go back anytime. Quirky, vintage property that has everything you need. The staff was terrific (both nighttime and daytime), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable - right on the boardwalk, literally steps to the sand and waves. Convenient parking available onsite at a fair price, too. Loved it!
Every member of the staff was wonderful, helpful, and thoughtful. Danielle specifically can make you feel like you've known her for years. The room was absolutely adorable. Natural light with functioning windows everywhere. It also had a little kitchen. (They provided pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, and utensils too!) The rooftop was our favorite part with beautiful views, a grill, and covers to sit under if you're worried about birds. Parking in the area is horrendous. The hotel does provide parking on and off site, but the price will make you feel like you want to take your chances finding a rare free parking spot. Parking aside, this really is an amazing place to stay by the beach and you truly won't find a better one. 100% will be back.

Grateful for Venice and the Venice Breeze Suites. The lodging is contained in a tidy and well-maintained vintage brick high-rise building with nicely remodeled rooms with wooden floors and a fully equipped kitchen making them very nice apartment/loft type rooms. The location is outstanding. Aside from being right on the iconic Venice Beach boardwalk, other notable perks include the open rooftop balcony (for site seeing, BBQs, lunches, sunning, and breezes), their ability to accommodate your canine family members (with a fee), and their great self parking in a gated/secure garage within an upscale condo complex right down the boardwalk (if available & with a very reasonable nightly charge). Venice Beach has that authentic and creative vibe. It's not perfectly manicured and it's a little rough on the edges---much like real life. It reminded me a little of Haight & Asbury in SF, Ocean Beach in SD, a little bit of Burning Man, but with that LA flair/style and skate/beach/surfer vibe. The scenic backdrop of the sun setting in the mountains to the North, the super broad beach, the winding bike paths, the green patches and skate park along the boardwalk, the numerous whimsical public art installations, and incredible people watching with locals, vendors, and artists just add to the charm. I also loved the numerous cafes, restaurants, unique stores/boutiques. I can see how Venice can be a magnet for certain people and how it enriches all of our lives. Very grateful for the brief visit. 🙏🏼🫶🏼
I loved this hotel suite! I got the studio with partial ocean view. Literally some of the best ocean views you can get! You are right above the sand, large windows all around the room with stunning 360 views of Venice beach. Nice Kitchen with everything you need, large living room area with table. Bathroom is large and fancy. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice! Parking is 2 -3 blocks away $20 a night. Staff is very polite but this isn’t a 5 star hotel service, however you get everything you need! Small little olden times elevator.
We had a great stay at Venice Breeze Suites. The room was clean with a nice kitchenette, and the roof offered a really nice view. Being so close to the water was a great location perk. Danielle at the front desk was such a great host! She was so welcoming and kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay.
