Thought this place looked interesting on a recent trip so we made a reservation for our recent stay. We don't typically stay at Marriott branded hotels but figured it was worth a shot. The hotel interior is beautiful! The room provided the classic experience we expected. We stayed in one of the VIP King Suites and it had a ton of room. Minor staining on the carpet but we weren't bothered by it. I have kids. I get it. The front desk staff when we checked in was very "meh." Not overly friendly but not blatantly rude. This review is not a 5 star because of their handling of a unexpected situation. We returned from shopping to find water pouring into our 4th floor room from the ceiling. I am sure it was due to roof damage and the snow melting. They sent maintenance up right away and found us another room. Keep in mind this water had soaked some of our belongings. I asked the front desk if there would be any compensation for that issue. They gave us breakfast vouchers which we were already supposed to have. So no, there was nothing done for the inconvenience. Its an unpredictable scenario but I felt like there should have been an incoveniece rebate. Also, paying $16 nightly for parking is ridiculous, especially since there didn't seem to be any added security. If we were parking long-term, that would be different. Not sure what we were paying for. We already paid a premium price for the room. We will stick Hilton brand hotels from now on.
Beautiful classic hotel. Modernized enough to keep up with the times but didn’t lose the nostalgia. Beautiful open courtyard, very classy and comfortable. The wife and I shared the half chicken with Brussels sprouts and red pots… (forgot the pic, sorry) delicious and enough for two. Bourbon mule and Rose were delicious as well!

Amazing hotel! I loved the breakfast! Room service was quick and easy to order. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice furniture and plenty of amenities. Very comfy bed with plenty of pillows and fluffy duvet. The lobby was beautiful and relaxing. Guest services were very helpful. Airport shuttle drivers were fast and friendly. Highly highly recommend on your next trip to Denver.
This use to be one of the best hotels in Denver. My wife and I live in Denver and use them every couple months for the last 10 years but since Marriott purchased the property the customer service is terrible, although still a beautiful property with great amenities. On our most recent stay we got to the room and found stains on bedding and I went to the front desk and asked for new ones. I was told housekeeping would be by to take care of it . Housekeeping never showed up so we decided to just go to sleep. Then I used the bathroom at 11pm and realized the toilet wouldn't flush i went to the front desk asked about it and was told no one is there. Keep in mind all I needed was a plunger. At this point we just couldn't wait to leave and decided to let management know of the situation. To resolve the issue they just said they would handle it. So now we are furious and just going to l get ready and leave and im in the shower and there is a knock with a gentleman wanting to fix the toilet at 7:30 am . It takes to seconds with a plunger and then resume my shower . Then house keeping knock holding a blanket that no one asked for a blanket. Clearly manager wasn't even listening. Can't believe such a nice establishment is ran this poorly. Avoid this place it's no longer worth it or you too will be headed to the lobby to use the rest room and left feeling screwed out of your hard earned money.
Everything about this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The atrium is very elegant and you just want to look it over. The inside garden area is fantastic with just gorgeous trees and water, mini river running through it. The rooms are huge with incredibly comfortable mattresses and 4 pillows per bed which are top quality. The bathroom is also huge with a huge glass shower. The counter is beautiful with all the amenities you might need. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is. They truly care about you and work hard to exceed your expectations.
