We stayed here so we could get to the airport early, it was a fantastic it had this classic feel to it. With elligaent rooms and spacious showers with a detached bath. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room. A safe in the closet. The hotel has great service we went to the lounge area that has a bar and food service, Katie was a fantastic hostess. The food and drink selection was just fine! They had a non-alcoholic Heineken that I had and my girlfriend had a Appletini and Pinot. The brisket nacho was huge and able to feed both of us, and fill us up!!! Overall I'd give this place a good rating and a recommended stay, especially if you need to be at the airport at 0330 in the morning 😂.
What a dump, furniture was all ripped up, nasty showers, nice line up of homeless people to welcome u as u drive in. 3 big towels for a family of 4, called room service asked for more towels , never got them, called front desk in the evening and still nothing. Breakfast was decent, the lobby area is well maintained. There are many 3 star hotels in the area with Breakfast included, they will be better furnished, less expensive and provide superior service. Very disappointed.

We stayed at Woolley's Classic Suites a few years ago, before it merged with Marriott, and absolutely loved our experience. It felt like a true luxury hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the entire experience made us look forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this stay was nothing like we remembered. The overall quality has declined significantly. The mattress was nowhere near as comfortable as it used to be, and when we checked it, we found numerous stains on it. That's simply unacceptable for a hotel charging luxury prices. The breakfast was an even bigger disappointment. We learned the hotel stopped serving the fresh breakfast it once offered in an effort to cut costs after merging with Marriott, and it shows. The eggs were bland and tasted like a cheap buffet. The fruit tasted old, and some pieces were slimy, making it seem like leftovers were being refrigerated and served again the next day. Overall, the breakfast was disappointing and certainly not worth the additional cost built into the room rate. The hotel also now charges $16 per night for parking. This should be clearly disclosed during the booking process instead of catching guests by surprise after they've already reserved their room. The building itself is still beautiful, and every employee we interacted with was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, those were the only positives during our stay. What stood out most was how much the atmosphere has changed. This no longer feels like the luxury hotel we remembered. Instead, it feels like it's been rebranded to cater primarily to airport travelers—focused on moving guests in and out efficiently rather than providing the high-quality, upscale experience it once did. Between the stained mattress, uncomfortable bed, disappointing breakfast, unexpected parking fee, and obvious cost-cutting, we decided to check out three nights early rather than continue our stay.
The Woolley is such a beautiful hotel!!! We came here for our wedding anniversary, and we couldn't ve happier. Its villa style ambiance is incredible, service is amazing all around with front desk, bar and breakfast buffet! the rooms are SOOOO CLEAN and elegant. Its so spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful! You not only get a huge walk in shower but a jacuzzi as well!!! The little river in the lobby is beyond amazing and relaxing, and seeing the coy swim around makes it even more lovely. This is literally a dream hotel, and the prices are so worth it.
This place was a great find for my group. We really appreciated the friendly service, the clean rooms, and the overall beautiful property. The staff and manager were professional and handled a reservation mix up efficiently, getting us settled quickly after a long flight, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was good not great like other stated but good. The only downside was the quality of the toilet paper, which was extremely rough and uncomfortable to use, so we had to purchase our own tissue and wet wipes. Aside from that issue, our stay was very pleasant. Hopefully we can get this fixed next time.
