i called in for a quote and again before coming in, and every time I called I got an answer right away. I thought I needed to get a serpentine belt replaced and they were able to confirm that really fast and replaced it the next day for even cheaper than the price I was quoted at first for labor. Everyone I talked to here was really nice and friendly and honest and I'd come back in the future. I'd definitely recommend coming here.
I had a really great experience here. I brought my car in for a cylinder 3 misfire and they were able to diagnose and fix it quickly. They replaced the ignition coil, spark plugs, and fuel injector, and also did a full synthetic oil change. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. The total came out under what I expected, which felt very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. My car is now running smoothly and the check engine light is off. I really appreciated how straightforward and efficient they were, and I felt like I could trust them. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

I recently noticed my truck belt was still squeaky after getting it replaced by Portland best at their Glisan location. When I called and brought it to their attention they made it right for free. I really appreciate that Portland best stuck to their word and honored their shops mileage/time warranty on the part. Thanks Portland Best!
Harley's team did a great job fixing my ac! I was shocked how quickly they got the job done, customer service was above and beyond friendly and honest! Thank you guys so much, I'll definitely be back!
I hate giving negative reviews, but I’m recently really disappointed in the service here. We brought our car in after getting new tires and alignment done by this shop. The work had been done about a month ago and we noticed our car started shaking a lot and squeaking after we’d go over 60 mph. Turns out they made a mistake when they worked on the tire and alignment from last time and our car needed to be rebalanced. We assumed they would fix this for free since it was their mistake, but unfortunately they charged us $60 and kept our car for over 24 hours without even telling us what the problem is. I so badly wanted to like this place and recommend, but it feels like the work they did wasn’t the best, and we don’t agree with charging a customer for mistakes made by the mechanic. Unfortunately, I do not think we will be back.
