The staff is great. Yesterday we checked in for a fun multi-family one night stay so the kids could swim and bowl. The pool had to be shut down for the night due to an accident. The front desk was so kind and accommodating. Refunded all of our money. Can't wait to reschedule and go back. The pool area was very nice from what we say. The only downside is a strict no food policy everywhere, which is hard when you have little kids who like to snack or if we wanted to order pizzas and swim or bowl.
I cannot recommend Eaglewood enough! After attending a wedding here a few years ago, we knew we wanted to consider this venue for ourselves. We had our wedding reception in the Red Oak Ballroom in July of 2025, and it turned out better than we could have imagined! All the spaces at Eaglewood are so beautiful! The golf course was a great setting for our bride and groom portraits, the ballroom was stunning, and our guests loved cocktail hour and taking photos at sunset in the outdoor space! We loved all of the food and drinks at Eaglewood, and so did all of our guests! Coordinating with Eaglewood went very smoothly, leading up to our wedding and the day of. Our vendors were well taken care of, and logistically, everything went great! Eileen Miller is so impressive, and working with her to plan for our big day was such a great experience!!! She was very responsive to our requests and left no detail untouched. We are so grateful! Beautiful venue and amazing staff! Highly recommend!

Mattias was an amazing attendant! The customer service here was spectacular. The overall hotel was beautiful. Our suite was meticulous and well thought out. We were so comfortable here. Thanks for a great stay team. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years.
My family and I stayed at this hotel for the New Year’s Eve event. It was our first time there, and while it wasn’t bad, the rooms need a renovation and better cleaning. There was a thick layer of dust on the TV stand that was visible when I brushed my hand across it. The event itself was great value for money. However, I would suggest adding some games or activities for the kids after the magician and balloon artists finished. The marketing mentioned games, but I didn’t see any during the event. The food and drinks were good. It’s also crazy that you have to go outside to get to the pool, spa, and bowling alley. At least put a tunnel covering in place. It was freezing, and the kids were all wet from the pool.
My girlfriends and I stayed there Feb 20-22. It was nice not our first time there. Rooms were clean kinda bum that they didn't have microwaves in the rooms anymore. We all got massage mine wasn't so great bed wasn't warm room spelled like old stale oil and the masseuse was acting like she was scared to massage my feet and some other parts of my body. Didn't offer to take anything off for not so great service. She did give me tips on how to stretch tho. So after our massages we headed to hot tube. It was disgusting!! There was a pool of dirty water and hair/lent circling around the jets it was so nasty looking I immediately got out! I think it's time for my girls and I to find another spa/resort to visits!
