Always impressed by the service. I wish we had mor local versions of One Medical. I live in a rural area, so driving to PDX is a bit of an issue (especially with the traffic nightmare). Best part of One is, I don't usually have to drive anywhere. This time needed some vaccines and bloodwork
UPDATE: One Medical asked I contact the feedback team (see their response below) yet continued to lie through their teeth about the coding of my visit, and refusing to revisit the coding for 15 MINUTE TELEHEALTH that they billed me nearly $500 for! Anthony Fuchs NP has ignored my messages seeking his point of view and explanation for the coding he selected. I was billed nearly $500 for a 20 minute telehealth with a nurse practitioner. And that was my negotiated discount with my insurance. They had the audacity to bill my insurance $990 for a brief telehealth. Bezos gets his money somehow. The telehealth call was rather basic and didn’t take much effort at all, yet I’m paying 5x more than any basic doctors visit I’ve ever had. Talking with billing was like talking to a robot in circles. I got no where and no one was helpful. The NP Anthony Fuchs ignored my message for explanation and revision. Cancel your membership and go somewhere not owned by a multi-billionaire. Believe the other poor reviews about exorbitant and unethical billing.

Had my appointment scheduled for almost a month out because of travel. When I got to the appointment I was notified that no one did an insurance verification and my specific plan does not cover them. Let’s be clear this negative review is not because of insurance not covering its because I drove there and had to be told in person instead of a phone call even the day bender letting me know. If they are charging membership fees shouldn’t they be on top of things like this?
I love One Medical. My provider has been great. And I have been with them since 2020. It’s worth it to see them if you need medical treatment. Saved you from having to be a victim of the er all the time and getting ignored by other doctors. If you have medical issues that need to be monitored, I would definitely choose One Medical. I’ve been seeing Dr Chen for years. And he’s been super helpful. Occasionally I see other providers for urgent issues when I can’t get an appointment with him. And everyone seems to work in sync.
I absolutely love Dr. Chen, he is the best doctor I've ever had. It's hard to find doctors to help with Fibromyalgia and he stays very current with the research. One Medical is pretty great overall, the office has a giant rainbow flag on the window, and everyone is kind and welcoming. The app is very helpful, and the office does telehealth too.
