Lakeshore Resort is absolutely beautiful, perfectly nestled along the shores of Lake Michigan. The beach area is a highlight, offering plenty of seating, complimentary kayaks, and numerous spots to relax and take in the view. The resort features a variety of wonderful amenities, including a pool, fire pits, free yoga classes, scenic trails, and access to bikes and kayaks. We were able to enjoy nearly all of these during our stay and never had any issues with availability, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The grounds are thoughtfully landscaped and impeccably maintained, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere throughout the entire property. It truly feels like a place where you can unwind and recharge. The only minor note would be that our room was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was still well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and are already looking forward to returning.
This hidden gem off Lakeshore drive is not to be missed! Yoga on the shore, carefully curated rooms, health-conscious breakfast offerings and out of this world sunsets. The staff were friendly and inviting, like staying with lifelong friends. If you are looking to recharge, this is the place.

What a spectacular place! The staff/owners could not have been nicer! We stayed in the cottage which was just beautiful! The whole resort is just relaxing and so well maintained! It was our first visit but will not be the last! Cannot recommend enough!!
This place was incredible. The cottage was immaculate, the views were stunning, and the food was excellent. But it was the staff that made it, outstanding from start to finish. We loved every minute.
A chilly gloomy weekend at Lake Shore resort was made cozy by the room views and the main office/lobby views. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast was great. The outdoor campfires set from morning to night was super cute. They even had blankets to use while sitting out there! The only thing missing was a hot cocoa option, but a glass wine did the trick :)
