I can't say enough good things about Tried and True Electrical and its owner Steve. I had gotten a bit in over my head on some electrical work in my apartment, and, knew I needed help. I was more than happy to pay to make the problem go away. I spent an entire Sunday morning calling various electrical companies, money in hand, to get somebody here for an emergency visit, and mostly met dead ends. The moment Steve picked up my call was the moment I knew I had the right company. He was a real person who would be there to actually fix the problem (not a call center agent). He even provided some suggestions to self-fix my issue; ultimately I was uncomfortable, and wanted an expert here. Steve came quickly, on Mother's day, and resolved all of our issues. He did it with the best expertise you could ask for - I felt very confident with his work. I highly recommend Steve and his company. I will for sure be saving his information for anything we need in the future. Thanks again, Steve!

He took the time to listen carefully as I explained the electrical issue I was dealing with and reassured me that he would get everything handled properly. What truly impressed me was not only his knowledge and expertise but also his honesty. He explained the problem in simple terms, walked me through what needed to be done, and provided the most reasonable quote I received compared to others in town. His pricing was very fair and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises. He worked efficiently and completed the job in a very timely manner without cutting corners. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. Everything was fixed perfectly, and he made sure to double-check that everything was functioning safely before leaving. He also left the workspace clean and organized, which I really appreciated. Beyond his technical skills, his respectful and positive attitude stood out the most. It’s not every day you find someone who combines professionalism, affordability, and excellent customer service all in one. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical work. Steven was quick to respond to my request to hardwire my radon fan. He also did a walk thru and provided a quote the same morning. Work was completed two days later.
