Marble Room never disappoints, but this visit was truly unforgettable. We celebrated a birthday, and from the moment we walked in until the last bite of dessert, every detail was exceptional. A huge thank you to Skylar, our hostess, for the warm welcome and making us feel like VIPs from the start. Tim, our server, was outstanding: knowledgeable, attentive, personable, and perfectly timed every course. Michelle also made sure our celebration was extra special, and her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The food was incredible. The showstopper was the ginormous Lobster Mac & Cheese, loaded with generous chunks of lobster, rich, creamy, and indulgent enough for the whole table to enjoy. The dry-aged Delmonico steak was cooked to perfection with an incredible crust, amazing flavor, and was one of the best steaks I’ve had in Cleveland. Every dish was beautifully prepared, from the fresh oysters and Caesar salad to the outstanding desserts. The birthday celebration was the highlight of the evening. The beautiful custom cake, complete with cotton candy and sweet surprises, made the birthday girl feel celebrated in every way. It’s those thoughtful touches that separate Marble Room from other steakhouses. The atmosphere is breathtaking. The historic architecture is stunning, and every corner of the restaurant feels luxurious. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or simply treating yourself to an incredible meal, Marble Room is the place to do it. Thank you, Skylar, Tim, Michelle, and the entire Marble Room team for giving us a night we’ll be talking about for a long time. We can’t wait to come back!

We celebrated our two-year wedding anniversary at Marble Room, and the hospitality was flawless from the moment we walked through the doors. Despite arriving thirty minutes ahead of our required reservation, the front-of-house team accommodated us seamlessly and seated us early. The ambiance inside this historic, transformed bank building is breathtaking; they have masterfully preserved the majestic classic columns and soaring architectural accents while anchoring the space with dramatic, low-voltage lighting that creates an incredibly intimate, upscale dining atmosphere. Our server, Joe, delivered elite-tier service throughout the evening. His menu knowledge was immaculate, effortlessly detailing the flavor profiles and technical preparation of each course while offering stellar pairing recommendations. The beverage program is remarkably extensive; the sangria was vibrant and perfectly balanced, while my artisan whiskey cocktail was layered with complex, smoke-and-spice undertones. For our starter, we opted for the crab cake. It was an absolute triumph—pan-seared to a perfect golden crust with virtually zero filler, letting the premium, sweet lump crab break apart beautifully. We also enjoyed the meticulous presentation of the crispy rice starter. The kitchen executed the entrées with serious technical precision. My steak, finished with a rich, aromatic garlic butter topping, featured a flawless, deeply caramelized outer crust while remaining incredibly tender and juicy inside—easily one of the finest cuts I have experienced in recent memory. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the delicate texture and crisp skin of her salmon, though she couldn't resist stealing quite a few bites of the steak. For sides, both the decadent, ultra-creamy cheesy potato gratin and the seasoned, hearth-roasted carrots were phenomenal, delivering deep, savory flavor profiles that complemented the mains perfectly. We concluded the evening with the chocolate cake and cheesecake, both of which offered a rich, decadent balance of textures. The staff also surprised us with a complimentary, glowing cotton candy presentation for our anniversary, showcasing the thoughtful, theater-style hospitality that sets Marble Room apart. It is a crown jewel in Cleveland's luxury dining scene, and we look forward to returning for our next milestone celebration.
Went for my dad‘s 80th birthday. Everyone in from out of town it was fabulous. We were in the Peacock room. I had excellent service. Our bartender was friendly, but Danny one of the servers he was so super, his hospitality was A+ for me. He was accommodating, pleasant. There’s not enough good words I could say about this person. Make sure that I was completely comfortable. Made sure the meat was done to my perfection and even ask for a couple things that we’re not listed on the menu or what we ordered for the Private room which was really cool. The views are stunning. I like what they did with the interior of the old Bank they really did keep its luster. Valet was definitely the way to go. Uber if you can. Went on a Saturday night the place was very busy very clean. They forgot to bring out a decent size cake, I did give them candles with an eight and a zero and it was not placed at all. My fillet was fabulous however if you’re going to plan a birthday, make sure you’re completely specific about what you want as the extras that you bring in. We had about 18 people.
We came here to celebrate a career milestone for my husband and we are glad that we chose Marble Room as the place to celebrate. The staff was professional and courteous. I initially made a reservation for a high-top table due to availability, but requested to be seated at a low-top table if possible due to a family member's mobility - thankfully the staff was able to make this happen, which I appreciated. Our server, Cody, was wonderful and kept us laughing. The food was delicious - although the steak was flavorful, it was not that memorable, but we thoroughly enjoyed ordering several appetizers and sides, which were so yummy and the perfect portions to split between ourselves (I highly recommend the sushi!). The staff does a great job with the pacing of the meal. The atmosphere is one-of-a-kind. And we appreciated the complimentary cotton candy we received to celebrate my husband's achievement. Overall we really enjoyed our dinner, and it made for a unique dining experience!
Beautiful place with great staff. Food was on point and full of flavor. In love with the oyster Rockefeller appetizer and the olive oil cake. Perfect for a special date night or if you just really want some professional-quality night. Valet parking was super simple just pull to the curb and give them your phone number and key and at the end just pay through a texted link or select cash at the podium and all set. Thank you guys for a beautiful night!
