Serviceable, but could be better for the price. As many other reviews mention, their “high speed internet” is atrocious. Obviously they don’t care. The rooms are designed to look modern but this makes them dysfunctional. No door on the shower, silly sliding barn door on the bathroom that won’t stay closed, no fan in the bathroom. The staff has been pleasant and helpful and the location is great, but they could make a few simple adjustments to earn the rest of the stars
Stayed here for one night before setting sail on a cruise to celebrate my mother-in-law's 50th birthday, and it was the perfect way to kick things off. The room was the standout — spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained, with a view that made the pre-cruise excitement even better. The staff were wonderful about getting us into our room earlier than expected, which took a lot of pressure off before a big travel day. And with the cruise terminal just a 15-minute Uber away, it made for an easy, stress-free start to the trip. For a milestone celebration, this hotel set exactly the right tone. Would absolutely stay here again before our next cruise — a great choice for anyone looking to start a special trip off right.

Fantastic stay at this property. I had a 5 night stay at this property and everything was great. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was provided every other day or everyday upon request. Staff were friendly and location was hard to beat, walking distance to pike place, space needle and other tourist attractions. There is also a lounge on the 8th floor for members with Hyatt status which was a nice addition. The only feedback I would have for this property is to add valet parking. Self-parking is available at $65 a night which is reasonable for the location, but personally I’d pay more for valet parking. Besides that everything was fantastic!
This is a top-notch hotel. Well-located in the center of downtown, close to public transit and an easy walk to many of the downtown attractions. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed with good amenities. I particularly appreciated the Chromecast built into the TV allowing me to access all my own streaming services. The restaurants and bars in the hotel are very nice. The convention facilities are amazing and can accommodate very large events with ease.
My stay at the Hyatt Regency Seattle during IOCDF Conference was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days exploring Seattle and attending the IOCDF Conference. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every interaction—from check-in to check-out—was smooth, and they were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. Their genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest. The location is another huge advantage. It's within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the Seattle Convention Center, excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and many of the city's main attractions. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it's an ideal base for exploring Seattle. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was despite being in the heart of downtown. The facilities were excellent, the fitness center was impressive, and everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, Hyatt Regency Seattle exceeded my expectations in every way. It combines comfort, convenience, outstanding service, and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Seattle and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality hotel experience. Five stars without hesitation!
