it was never about money for me, I just wanted to be back to myself physically. When I finally contacted the law firm, they got me back in physical therapy to get the help I needed. At one point I did get weary due to no communication during a short period in time, for future clients contact them if ever weary about you case. My case handling was a complete disaster. Im still in lots of pain from the 7 herniated discs that I currently have. Thank God I have a compassionate company that I work for that allows me to take off when needed. I have over 50 thousand in medical bills Im still not sure how we got here when I was told you need to go to.these appointments to build your case. No one communicates with each other. Im so upset that this has happened with the mishandling of this case Then they tried to push me off on another law firm because they couldn't fix their mess. This is not right!I am writing to express my disappointment not only with the handling of my accident injury case, but also with the response I received when I attempted to voice my concerns. Throughout my case, I trusted your office to properly investigate and verify the available insurance coverage. I have since learned that my claim was handled under the assumption that the at-fault driver had a commercial policy when, in fact, it was a personal policy. From my understanding, this information was not verified early in the process. As a client, I relied on your office to perform the necessary due diligence and provide accurate guidance regarding my claim. What has been equally troubling is the response I received after posting a Google review regarding my experience. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or attempting to understand my frustration, I was told to "direct my anger at someone else." I found that comment dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. My frustration is not misplaced. I am dealing with the consequences of this accident, uncertainty regarding my claim, and concerns about medical bills and my financial future. When a client raises legitimate concerns about how their case has been handled, they deserve to be heard and treated with respect, even if the firm disagrees with the criticism. I did not leave a review out of anger alone. I left it because I felt that my concerns were not being addressed and because I believed other potential clients should understand my experience. Being told to direct my anger elsewhere only reinforced my belief that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I expected professionalism, communication, and accountability from the law firm representing me. At this point, I know no one takes accountability Sincerely Consumer
