I selected this hotel for my solo birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. My airline forgot my luggage however the front desk staff allowed me to check in early which was perfect so I could start my itinerary early! The hospitality staff were very helpful, friendly, and provided great customer service. There was a discrepancy regarding breakfast however the hotel (after confirmation) cleared it up and provided me what was needed. They even spoke to the restaurant to clear up some confusion for the waitress at Lake and Land on my behalf. (I will be reviewing them separately) I loved the view, sizing of the room, and the amenities. I will definitely return to this hotel as I’m already planning a return.
Nice, niche, high end Hilton property in the center of downtown. Best part is the location and rooms. Downside is older building with no lessening of the outside boats, music and city noise. Nice bar/ restaurant space. Another restaurant in the building. Some members get vouchers, but you have to pick how you use it-bar, restaurant, breakfast and you cannot change later. Many bars, sights and restaurants nearby. Nice place, but there are many others in the hilton family nearby. I did want to add to the vouchers. They don't say, but it is worth noting that there is a lobby bar, a restaurant/bar and a rooftop bar that are part of the hotel. You cannot use the vouchers in the restaurant or rooftop. This is not made clear.

Had a superb stay at LondonHouse Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton! The rooms were exceptionally clean and felt very luxurious throughout. The shower in particular stood out — genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced in any Hilton property. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar in reception is a great experience in itself, and the rooftop bar is absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, the rooftop seating area was closed during our visit, but even so, the views were spectacular and definitely worth it. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, with everything easily accessible, and the area felt very safe. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
I had such a relaxing spa experience at LondonHouse Spa! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the massage/facial was exactly what I needed. The location right by the river makes it so convenient. Highly recommend treating yourself here. Big shout out to Trina the (Masseuse) and Brooke (facialist) both were AMAZING !! I will definitely be back & plan to book with these 2 wonderful ladies who are reallllllly great at their jobs & so so friendly, thank you!! I do want to note we did not stay at the hotel but just came in for the Spa and then had lunch on the rooftop which was also very good experience.
I always have a great experience visiting LondonHouse Chicago. Every time I’m in the city, it’s one of my go-to spots, especially for the rooftop bar and brunch. The rooftop bar is honestly one of the best in Chicago. The views of the river and skyline are incredible, especially during sunset or at night when the city lights are glowing. It’s a perfect spot to grab a drink, relax, and just take in the atmosphere. The vibe is upscale but still comfortable, making it great for both casual evenings and special occasions. I also really enjoy their brunch in the morning. The food is consistently well-prepared, with a nice mix of classic breakfast options and more elevated dishes. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully plated, and it pairs perfectly with the overall atmosphere of the hotel. What stands out the most is the combination of location, views, and consistency. Whether it’s brunch in the morning or drinks on the rooftop at night, it always delivers a memorable experience. Overall, it’s one of the best spots in Chicago if you want amazing skyline views, a great rooftop bar, and a solid brunch experience.
