We worked with Danny and Mark on our major remodel in 2022. They were fantastic to work with. Their subcontractors are amazing and they provide professional and fun feedback and help. We had an elevator installed and they did a super job. We still use their HVAC person for maintenance. We would highly recommend them for any job. They are trustworthy and fair. And just good people. We just had a question about one of our permits, 4 years later, and they were super helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great space!

They have a great construction process that streamlines communication and planning. There experience allows them to establish accurate budgets at the beginning of the project. Coastal Construction recently completed the construction of our detached ADU which is a carriage house design consisting of a ground floor garage/shop and a second floor living unit. We feel very fortunate to have worked with the team at Coastal, Danny and Jordyn in the setup and planning phase, and Kipp and Mark during construction. We appreciated the high level of communication and their attention to details, both large and small. It was easy to use their construction software app where the client can track expenditures, progress, and photos. Our project was finished on time, and under budget which was very nice. We certainly would recommend Coastal based on our experience.
After putting off a big project for several years, we were delighted to move forward with Coastal. Our remodel went really well from day one. We appreciated how their pricing model worked, how we were always in the loop with the management software, frequent communication and all around good people. The Coastal team was excellent - from Danny who initially bid the work, our PM Zach and our design specialist, Jordyn, Devin the carpenter- everyone was communicative, punctual, flexible, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. The project wrapped up pretty much right on schedule, even with back order delays and a couple of change orders. Coastal had great subs too and the end product is **outstanding** We look forward to working with Coastal in the future!

They transformed our outdated bathroom into a beautiful, clean, spa-like space that feels completely refreshed. Throughout the project, communication was excellent, the work was completed efficiently, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. What impressed us most was how accommodating they were to our family's needs. We had a newborn at the time, and the team worked seamlessly around nap schedules and the day-to-day realities of life with an infant. Their flexibility, consideration, and professionalism made a huge difference.
