This was my first time staying at Solver Cloud Hotel, and I already know I would love to come back. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. A special thank you to Manager Luis, who greeted me as soon as I checked in. He was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, and he made the whole arrival experience so comfortable. After a long trip, being welcomed with such kindness really made a difference. He took the time to make sure everything was okay, answered my questions with a smile, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has a very relaxing atmosphere, but what really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. It’s rare to meet someone who goes out of their way to make guests feel at home, and Luis definitely did that. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. Since this is my first experience with Solver Cloud Hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but thanks to the amazing welcome and excellent service, it exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the effort and care that the staff put into creating such a pleasant experience. Thank you again to Manager Luis and the whole team for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle, and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!
We had an excellent stay at Silver Cloud. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The porter gave us a great tip on where to go to watch the World Cup. We were happy our room was ready by 12:30pm. It was modern and spacious with a view of T-Mobile Field. It was well-equipped with fridge, microwave and sink and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our time at the rooftop pool and hot tub but it was overrun with kids after the Mariners game got out. Overall a great experience!

Excellent experience! If you are going to T Mobile Stadium or Lumen Field, this hotel is a must. The main hotel entrance is right across from one of the main T Mobile Stadium entrances, making it very quick to get to/from the Mariners game. We stayed in a basic King room and while compact, it felt spacious due to the layout. The wet bar area, with sink, microwave, and mini fridge were helpful amenities. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've experienced in a hotel. At check in, they asked if we wanted a quieter room or a view of the stadium. We opted for the quieter location and had a room facing the hotel courtyard with water feature (707). You pay a premium for the convenience of being so close, but it is completely worth it. Valet parking was efficient. Highly recommend!
- This hotel ONLY has valet parking. They almost lost our car key and took about 30 minutes to find and bring our car to us! - Room service and amenities: 4.5 stars. Spacious room and comfortable high quality king bed. The bathroom is also nice with individual body wash and shampoo (with is rare now that hotels use the wall mounted refilled type). - This is next to the stadium and a live music venue. DJ and club music was blasting all night until midnight. If you looking for a good night sleep after a long day exploring the city and hiking, then look elsewhere. We were on the highest floor and music was extremely loud. Also noise from the streets and from the hallways of hotels were loud. The two nights we stayed I barely slept and it affected the next day, couldn’t enjoy the day as my energy was low from lacking of sleep.
Silver Cloud is hands-down always a quality stay. Beautiful property, top tier amenities, incredibley helpful staff, a gorgeous rooftop pool..... stay here and you're set! Silver Cloud is 100% in the middle of the action. No exaggeration: you are a stone's throw from entrances to all major stadiums in the Seattle SoDo district. Another great aspect that would be an absolute sin if I did not mention: their daily FREE breakfast is INCREDIBLE!!!! The spread is insane, abundant and fresh! I have seen children more excited about a silver Cloud breakfast buffet then I have seen them excited about buffets at hotels right outside of Disneyland. Seattle is not an inexpensive place to come visit; During our stay, I overheard a man saying that the day before, when he took his family of five out for breakfast just a few blocks from the hotel, it was over $200, before tax or tip. After I overheard the man's quip, it just made our trip / stay at Silver Cloud that much more worth it. We started doing a little math of our own..... This guy was not kidding! We actually ended up saving minimum $100 daily, just by being able to have this buffet as part of our stay at Silver Cloud. Silver Cloud is truly always a top notch choice!
