We had three different guys come out from Watts and they were all awesome. They didn’t rush, were very careful in their work, and explained each step to us. The price was fair, and they communicated well about it. Just nice people, easy to work with, and made us feel like a priority.
We recently converted our home to gas and hired Watts Heating and Cooling for a large project that included installing a new HVAC system, water heater, range, stove, and four outdoor outlets. The entire experience was excellent. Our contractors, Derek and Chael, were beyond professional. They worked incredibly hard, stayed on schedule, and made sure every detail was done right. Everything is running perfectly, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. Was having issues with thermostat. Watts came out same day as we didn’t have any heat. Luke did a fantastic job and showed me how to troubleshoot potential future furnace and A/C issues. I highly recommend this excellent professional customer service driven company.
Update: Yesterday, Derek and Chael of Watts came to install a new furnace, replacing the 27 year old furnace we had. They were here from 8 am until 4pm and also suggested another improvement that will undoubtedly save us from future problems. We couldn’t be happier or recommend Watts more highly! We were recommended to use Watts Heating and Cooling because they are a certified contractor on the list provided by NW Natural Gas. Tyler provided the appointment and he was very capable and also had great customer service. Thank you!
We’re fortunate that NW Natural Gas referred Watts Heating & Cooling to us to check our very old 40+ years old furnace out for service /replacement when we thought and reported that we had gas leak at our home. We’re glad to know that Watts Heating & Cooling is a locally, family owned and one of the NW Natural Gas best Certified Installers/ Preferred Contractors. From the first call , their scheduling staff was friendly and courteous , the whole team worked together, and took pride in their work and tried to accommodate us from start to finish. Staff account , Stevie LaCross, is very patient, understanding , and good at finding solutions , the system designer / consultation Barry Robinson is professional, informative, experienced, knowledgeable and interested in what work needed to be done and what would work best for us. He educated us about the importance of indoor air quality and listened to what we need, and answered all of our questions. He recommended us to install a new efficient furnace with system choice options with reasonable cost, and energy efficiency without changing anything else’s that we didn’t need. The techs team, Skyler Bradford and Darren Davis were professional , efficient in their work of installing the new furnace - job well done.They gave us helpful Info about furnace maintenance and explained all the questions we asked and cleaned up the service area. We love the clean air, new and quiet furnace , especially in this cold season of the year. We plan to use Watts for future annual maintenance of furnace service and other pending projects in the near future. We would recommend Watts to any one. Thank you Watts !
