Mr. Electric let me know when the technician was going to arrive. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. My projects required him to climb into the attic in July, which was uncomfortable to say the least. He did the job in an efficient manner and cleaned up after he was done. This is the second time I have used this company and have had a great experience both times. I highly recommend this company.
Richard came out and did a phenomenal job replacing a few of our light fixtures. He was punctual and let us know when he would be arriving, he explained everything thoroughly and showed us options, and was extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric to anyone looking to have work done in the Phoenix area.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric. The first time I called them for an estimate on my project, they were able to come out the same day and offered me a fair price. They completed the work in a timely manner, adding lights to my palm trees and installing an outlet on one of the trees. Richard Thomas was very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He provided excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend paying a little more for the better service you get with this company.
honestly i was a bit skeptical at first but they were super quick to respond and got the job done. the guy who came out was really friendly and explained everything he was doing which i appreciated since i dont know much about electrical stuff. our whole house was having issues with the breaker and they fixed it up for way less than i expected. definitely gonna call them again if i need anything else.
Oh my God I have no words I called Mr. electric because my Generac panel had burned and my AC stopped working. They changed and made arrangements to be out here ASAP so grateful for them. Their Customer Service is amazing and Albert is amazing as well thank you Albert for always showing up and thank you Mr. electric for responding so quickly.
