I had a leak in my roof and Elite was my assigned contractor ás part of my warranty service. I have had s great experience with this company. The service tech Msrc was excellent... professional, on time, and just a pleasure to work with. He showed me before and after pictures of where the leak was coming from and why, and then proceeded to explain how he was going to fix it. No upcharges or telling me it couldn't be done. I am well pleased with the service Elite provided and would use them again. I kept the business card.
9/3/25 updates- Matt came out to review the leak area on 8/18. And determined that the roof area did appear to be intact and the leak may be from the chimney seal. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY… The experience with this company has been awful, to say the least. My husband and I have been trying to get the same leak fixed since November 2024! November 2024, they sent someone to inspect our roof leak, at the end of December 2024 they came out for the repairs. By March 2025 our roof was leaking in the same spot they “fixed” Around March 11th, 2025 they had their metal roof specialist come and inspect the area they previously claimed to have fixed. The roof technician inspected and “fixed” the issues which weren’t addressed at the original repair in 2024. We were told that all screws would need to be replaced in our roof, or we could have a commercial-grade metal roof installed which would prevent any future leaks and reduce maintenance. It took over a month, and a few reminders before we finally received the quote. We decided to move forward with replacing all the roof screws, and the work was scheduled for April/May2025. Here’s where the big issues start…. On the scheduled repair day they arrived and could not complete any work because the screws they ordered were not available, and they informed me they would need to reschedule. After following up a few times they finally rescheduled my repair.. Mind you, my roof was leaking every time that it rained, and every time they arrived to work I had to take an entire day off of work just for them to either reschedule the day of, or show up to reschedule. The work was finally completed on June 2nd, 2025, and I was instructed by Matt the technician to keep an eye out for any leaks in the exact area they previously “fixed” previously and to contact him directly if I noticed anything.. But the story doesn’t end there. By June 27th there was another leak in the same exact location they claimed to have “fixed” 3 times already!. So I reached out directly to Matt the technician and no response.. Reached out on July 3rd and no response…Reached out on July 8th and no response…Even though his text shows a read receipt. I finally reached back out to their dispatch office and was informed that they could have Matt out to inspect and correct the issue on July 28th. Guess what happened on July 28th… I received a text from Matt and the dispatch office stating that he could not make the appointment due to a car issue and that they would reach out to reschedule. I then received a text from Skye their dispatch coordinator and was informed my appointment would have to be moved to August 4th. I asked if they had anything sooner considering we were having a leak every time it rained. I was informed that Matt is the ONLY metal roof expert they have in the area. I tell them it is unreasonable for us to wait any longer for an ongoing issue since 2024 that they have supposedly corrected 3 times already. Skye then proceeded to inform me that August 4th was to soonest available and if that time does not work for me or we need assistance sooner then we should reach out to a local roofing company…We decide to keep the August 4th date because they need to correct their mistake, it wouldn’t be reasonable to have another company clean up their mess, and you must wait a certain amount of time before you can in good faith seek litigation. Needless to say when August 4th rolled around I received another text from Matt stating that he would not be showing up and would need to reschedule due to the weather, and shortly after I received a text from Skye stating our new appointment time was 8/12… Roof is still leaking, still no help from the company who has claimed to fix this leak MULTIPLE times. Meanwhile they have gotten about $7,000 from us. Hardly see how that is payment for services rendered. Don’t waste your time working with them, your better off throwing money out onto 75 while going 80MPH. I would like them to correct their work! I would like to know why this can’t get fixed!

I Used Elite Roofing for a repair and although there was a hiccup on appointment scheduling, they certainly delivered to their commitment. I was very pleased with my Technician Marc, hard working, efficient, answered all my questions and concerns and a very pleasant person.
Dylan was polite professional and completed the roof repairs within the guidelines of the service agreement.
