Stopped here for a few minutes while walking around downtown. It's a peaceful little spot with plenty of benches to sit and relax. There were a few people around, but it still felt calm and made for a nice break before heading back out.
Stopped by the Civic Garden while exploring downtown, and it’s a nice little urban park to take a breather. 🌿 The fountains add a pleasant touch, and the space is clean and well-kept. Nothing extraordinary, but a good spot to pause, relax, or enjoy a quick stroll in the middle of the city.
What to say about the Civic Center? What an amazing park and leisure area that offers green grass areas to lay down and relax and many tables and chairs to take a break during work. Make sure you take the time and read what the park was built for. I highly recommend it!

Small and dirty. Not terrible, but the least impressive park in the area and lots of homeless using it to wash in the fountain.
We visited 4/20/19 in the early evening. It was a refreshing place to enjoy some greenery and watch the city of Dallas. A street performer was playing guitar nearby which added to the allure. Within walking distance to many hotels downtown, don’t miss this beautiful spot!
