We stayed her for a week. We had the signature lot and it was very nice. We used the outdoor kitchen alot and the lot was very accommodating. The 2 pools were a huge bonus, this is a very large KOA and 1 pool would not be very relaxing. The lots seem to be of decent size. They have a shuttle that takes you to downtown that was very nice.
We only stayed the night but all I can say is Wow, this is a really great KOA. It had doubled in size since the last time we were here with lots of amenities. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the live music and the hot tub/ pool area. We are already talking about returning when we can spend more time and maybe take the shuttle into downtown Nashville. This is definitely one to stay at.

We had a great time at this campground. There was a lot to do for our kids, the heated pool was great as was the hot tub. We didn't even use everything that was available unfortunately, but definitely want to visit again and take more advantage. They had a pickleball court, outdoor bowling, jump pillow for the kids, several dog parks, and a nice indoor lounge with more things to do. The staff was very friendly and mostly helpful when needed. The location is absolutely perfect, you're about 15 minutes from downtown so easy to go into and out of town. We never used the shuttle cause unfortunately based on the website I thought it was free, but at the desk it said $15 per person, so $65 for our family was too much. Probably a good option if you're just a couple though. The only issues we had were with the electrical at our site. The 50 amp was not working properly at our site or the one next to us. They gave us the option to move to another site, but after connecting to two sites, I didn't want to risk packing up and moving again, as we were able to make the 30 amp work, but it would've been nice if they had given us a rate for a 30 amp instead of still charging us the full price. This wasn't the campgrounds fault, but guests didn't seem to recognize quiet hours in the morning, our site was near one of the dog parks and guests didn't seem to care when their dogs would bark incessantly at other dogs. I had to yell at one working at 6:45 am to quiet her dogs down after 5 minutes of non stop barking. The space were also quite tight and short, most people couldn't fit the tow vehicle in the space with their camper so the roads were often a game of slalom due to trucks sticking out into the road. Not the end of the world, but something to be aware of.
It was a wonderful resort campground! Keep.in mind, this is a resort, so space is limited and amenities abound. They have games, pools, hot tub, live music, and crafts. Each day there is something new happening. Golf carts can also be rented. The area is a popular space for tourists, people come and go every day. The store offers a pretty good selection of things, they have a cafe by the pool for small meals. We enjoyed our time there, it is definitely convenient right off the Briley prkwy. Clean bathrooms, pools, campers space and store.
The deluxe cabin itself was fine. The shower drained very very slowly but the bed was soft. I did not get to use so no idea if it was comfortable to sleep in. I forgot to grab my door code when I left. I returned at 10pm & could not find anyone to help. The after hours phone number was useless as you couldn’t leave the message it asked for. The main office/management number was useless as well though I could leave a message. I gave up after midnight & slept in my car. The website promoting 24hr staff & security was very inaccurate as I did drive around looking for security/host signs. There was no one on the property & none of the other campers knew anything about an after hours service help either. They did refund the money for my stay.
