Reliable HVAC company to do business with. Their customer service is very good. I have been using this company for several plus years now for servicing and install of 2 new systems as well as my office. They seem to be very reputable and have always shown up on time for scheduled appointments. The employees have been outstanding with the recent AC unit I had installed in my attic. Dave, Chris the Marine Corps veteran and Alex all were very helpful. They made sure I was happy with everything. They also made me feel at ease with the amount of work they had to do as well as the things to be tidied up after the install. Very happy with this company. I must also add and give credit to the estimator Matt ! he was helpful and professional, took his time to insure we were purchasing the right unit for proper fitting and placement of the unit. John Boyle and his trainee, Cameron, recently did an exceptional job with our electrical system which required alternative repairs after inspections for a real estate sale. John saved us literally 3-4 thousand dollars! Yes, that much more was quoted to us by another local licensed contractor!😳 They were at our house within 30 minutes of my call and quoted us and did the job within 1.5 hours. For 2 women in our 70’s? I can’t even count the times on BOTH HANDS, that we have been misled and taken advantage of for the 30 years of owning our home. It’s a sad but consistent occurrence in our 30 years living in Pittsburgh, but Phillips has been a shining star over the past 10 years servicing our furnace, and now this timely and reliable electrical system, and that is what we’ll remember. Don’t hesitate to call them for heating, plumbing AND electrical, you won’t find anyone better and more knowledgeable, efficient and honest!
I highly recommend Phillips Heating and air for any repairs or new installations needed. Mike, Ian, and Wesley were very respectful, personable and very eager to answer any questions I had during the installation process. The costs were very reasonable and Matt who came and gave me the quote didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. My continued business to Phillips can be counted on from here on out, that’s for sure.
