We called Reeis and a Technician was sent out immediately. Our AC unit was 31 years old and needed to be replaced. James came out approximately in an hour, he gave us several replacement options, his years of experience shows. The constant communication was impressive throughout the process. We were called from Steve setting up the installation schedule the next business day, (unbelievably fast)! The installers arrived on time! Pablo and Fernando explained the process and answered questions during the installation, the crew wore booties when in the house, placed a tarp in the garage to catch any debris, they cleaned the garage and the outside unit. Christine was 10/10 perfect. So knowledgeable and kind and respectful! She was so resourceful at finding where all the vents are, fast and meticulous in investigating and updating us, and so wonderful to work with. As a woman whose husband is out of the house often, it is SO NICE to have another women who will take time to explain things to me, and be respectful and understand my own ways of keeping house and pets. Hope Reeis can have more technicians like her.

Phoenix and Marcus installed our new A/C split system yesterday. Both were highly skilled, upbeat, and very personable. Install took 11 hours, and while they were tired, they continued their positive demeanor. I’m so impressed with Reeis and their installers. I highly recommend this company.
This company sent someone out within 18 hours (we even called on a Sunday!) and Daniel was so nice! He was really thorough in his inspection and took the time to educate me on some best practices. This was an A+ experience and we’re thrilled to sign them for regular maintenance of our AC. Thanks Daniel!
Tech was outstanding on both trips. Diagnose visit and repair visit. I would give him 5 stars as he went above and beyond to get us some cooling going again while waiting for the part . The reason for the 4 star was the delay in the repair rescheduling as the part arrival date was pushed back twice by company. Diagnostics was done on June 30th and part was to arrive on July 7th, while that was pushed back twice without explanation. The install was finally done 14 days later on the 13th. While our outdoor unit ran 24 hours a day for those 14 days only to keep our house about 83-86 degrees for 13 days while our SRP bill doubled for those days I would have at least liked to have been told why part was delayed but no reason was given.
