I'm a small contractor in Memphis, TN and we were contacted in June of 2022 by Phillip Rivera of Flynn Construction to perform some electrical work at a commercial property. We rearrange our schedule to meet their requests and successfully resolved the issue they had. I have sent multiple invoices and statements via email and USPS mail over the past two years. I have also called Mr. Rivera who was "surprised they hadn't paid". I have tried calling their main office to no avail. I can't recommend doing business with this company unless you like working at a loss. We installed/replaced a fairly expensive component that I of course have long since paid for. Do better people.

I am a flooring subcontractor that has done about 10 fitness clubs for Flynn over the last 3 years and I have never had a single issue with anyone in that company. I have always been paid in a timely manor, in accordance with my contracts. In fact, in one instance, due to a project shutdown from Covid, Darian arranged for me to get paid 50% of contract without the project being completed so I would not have to bear the burden of my expenses. While every PM has a different personality, everyone we have dealt with has been a professional. Every project is clean and ready for us when we are scheduled, and any issues that have arisen were addressed immediately. I cannot speak for the people who express negative reviews. I can only say that Flynn holds their subs accountable for the work they do. Not everyone has the same opinions of quality and craftsmanship that Flynn and I do. And when someone is told that what they did is not right and they need to fix it or not get paid.... well... most people don't want to accept that responsibility. Flynn Contruction is a great company!! I recommend them to anyone.... esp Gym owners!!!
The Internet has changed the way we do business, one third of my clients are from out of state. Of them, Flynn is ahead of the curve, accuracy and honesty is their baseline. Their Superintendents are codependent and experienced men. Flynn's office staff is sensitive to the differences in State Governments and listen to our needs and have assisted me several times. Flynn's management team understands the differences in labor techniques between States, and communicate well with myself and my employees. I really appreciate their use of Text messaging it's much easier then time consuming and forgetting phone calls or stop and read e-mails. Texting is information instantly, a printed record/reminder. As I said before Flynn Construction is ahead of the curve. Thanks listening to me. The best to you and your companies in 2020.
We have completed several projects with Flynn construction, projects went smooth and we were paid in a reasonable time frame. Darien, one of their project managers is very professional and enjoyable to work with. We look forward to performing further projects with Flynn Construction.
