Dr. McPhearson is a good Dr. He takes time to listen to your concerns and he responds to you in "Plain English" instead of Dr.'s Language, I highly recommend Him and Oak Street Health for my health care.
I love be treated by Dr. Mcpherason been seeing him about 3yrs, but one day in Sept 2025 his assistant called me because I had a hard time refilling my medication, So I was joking with the assistant, and she took it personal and tried to curse me out and became rude like I insulted her, so I just moved on and made an appointment at another Doctors office 😩
I didn't get the chance to see him and I'm very upset about it and that lady Joy had a nasty attitude I was about to tell her off she works at the Rosedale park district because the Uber didn't show up at my apartment building and that was not my fault she needs to train how to talk to patients

Dr. McPherson is the Best. As a patient, I am heard not just seen.
My brother has special needs, and Dr. McPherson is very patient and talks directly to my brother, to ensure even when he doesn't fully understand thst he is seen.
