Thomas got our call late in the day, and stayed late into the evening to ensure we were taken care of. I was actually shocked they had him come out so late in the evening. Despite working all day, he was positive, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He truly stayed until his job was done and we were well informed about our options. He expressed how much he loves working for this company, and how much he respects his coworkers for being the best in the business, so we know they must take care of their technicians and be great at what they do. Fire and Ice put in our complete Trane HVAC system almost 10 years ago and did a fantastic job at that time. Today we had to have them come out for a bad capacitor. Technician Mitchell Frederick came out on a Sunday and quickly fixed our issue. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgable. It was a pleasure talking to him. Fire and Ice is a company I feel I can trust and along with Mitchell’s work ethic I believe the work will be done right!
Zach came out to do some plumbing work, listened intently to what I was asking for and created a system that met every one of our requirements and made a previously disastrous water closet clean and streamlined. On time, professional and cheerful.
