We went to Hyatt expecting a decent stay. Hardly, the room was old, bathroom super small, old furniture, nasty smell of chemicals. As soon as we got into the room, we walk right out and checked out to another hotel. They didn’t even attempted to make things right or refund the 3 nights that we had prepaid.
I had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. It’s in a nice, quiet location, conveniently close to the mall. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for service due to one interaction. We checked in late Thursday night (around 1:40 AM so technically early Friday morning), and the front desk agent was very friendly. He even gave us some local recommendations and let me know that if I signed up, I’d receive two complimentary drinks. I signed up but didn’t grab the drinks right away, thinking I could just come back later. When I returned on Saturday to get them, a different staff member was unexpectedly rude. I explained that I had already signed up and assumed she could verify it, but instead, she said she’d have to check with the guy from check-in—which wasn’t even guaranteed since I wasn’t sure if he was still working. Honestly, it was just bottled water Aquafina at that, so the attitude felt unnecessary. 😕 Aside from that one encounter, everyone else was very nice!! from the woman who checked me out to housekeeping. So yes, I would definitely stay here again!

The photos and website of this hotel are misleading. It is not as modern and clean as they imply. The breakfast is really poor and if you want water in your room you to buy it. The good things: large rooms, small but has a gym, friendly reception staff.
I found hair in my food/mouth from breakfast and immediately notified the front desk attendant. I received no formal apology for management nor anyone of direct administration. I will assume that in 2026, this is acceptable to this chain. I guess I should have made more noise, I found it embarrassing enough to find another persons hair in my food and mouth while eating breakfast. I will assume that I am not a valued customer and do not matter in the eyes of big corps. Shame on you all. I wish this were actually surprising. No accountability or customer care.I also filled out a review and asked to receive a phone call. Find a long strand of straight her in my food and mouth ruined my experience and day. I felt disgusted and less than. I guess that is the message this corp wants to convey. Note taken!
Loved my stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to Ms. Brown who checked us in. She made a wonderful first impression. Breakfast was great!!!!!! Nice location in proximity to ATL with free parking. Also, within walking distance of the Cumberland Mall. Battery Park is a couple minutes away from hotel. Closest highways is the 75 and the 285.
