We seen a tiktok about here and ordered . Only received 1 out of 4 items we ordered . They didn't contact us to inform us they were out of anything and all of our stuff was listed as refund if out of stock, yet they tried to substitute seafood gumbo with chicken drums with an unknown sauce (everyone here only eats / gets flats and that was a poor substitute given what was ordered they could've just doubled the salmon meal being they're the same price and you wouldknow we would want it because we already ordered it ) . The two orders of egg rolls didn't come at all which was highly disappointing because they still sent the sauce for one which mean they probably forgot to send a second bag (I have uncut video of the delivery and unpacking) . Only reason we're not giving it a 1 start is because the only item that did come (rum glazed salmon meal) was very flavorful and even had authentic homemade mashed potatoes which made up for the extreme disappointment it only being the only thing received. In the future please don't send random substitutions especially if they say refund if out of stock and furthermore chicken drums because not everybody eats that form of chicken let alone all drums hence our disappointment of have to order somewhere else and wait all over again when a simple communication could've resulted in better substitution so you would still make the full profit .
Flavor House absolutely lived up to the hype. The oxtail was melt-in-your-mouth tender — rich, flavorful, and clearly slow-cooked with love. Every bite was worth it. We came with a birthday crew, and the staff was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure our table was well taken care of the entire night. Drinks were delicious, the sweet potato cheesecake was a standout, and they also had great gluten-free options, including salmon bites that were absolutely delicious. It’s not really a place geared toward kids, but they still made it work for us since the birthday mom was dying to try their Jamaican food — and we’re so glad we did. Amazing food, great service, and a perfect spot for a birthday dinner or date night. We’ll definitely be back. 🇯🇲✨

Very chic and upscale look with warm and friendly environment. Called ahead for reservations for my fiance birthday and staff was kind and friendly answering my questions regarding ingredients as he does not eat pork products. The owner came and greeted us after arriving and even gave a free appetizer in addition to the one we ordered because he wanted us to try it. And let me tell you, IT WAS AMAZING! 👏🤤 I'll let the photos speak for themselves on the food. Just know we will be back! (Pictured is a full fried red snapper with collard greens and Mac n cheese, Glazed lollipop lamb chops with mashed potato and green beans, fried catfish nuggets, Collard green dip with pita chips, and sweet potato cheesecake.) The cocktails were delicious as well.
Everything from atmosphere to the food was incredible. First time eating here and I was introduced to the wonderful combination of salmon in a cheese steak. I was beyond impressed with the meal. The owner stopped by to check on us multiple times. I made sure to let him know how great everything was. Staff was all very friendly. Will be back for sure!
I would rate this restaurant a 10/10. The atmosphere was amazing! The restaurant was so beautiful and elegantly decorated. Our server was so delightful. I got the Salmon dish and it was one of the most delicious meals I've ever had. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the mashed potatoes were creamy, and I could taste the freshness of the green beans. The manager was very sweet and came over to ask how everything was. I will definitely be coming back and bringing more friends!
