He was very thorough, showing us areas the insurance adjuster had missed along with a few issues on the shingles, flashing, and gutters that we had not seen ourselves, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. Ruben’s knowledge of roofing, repairs, and full roof replacement stood out compared with other contractors we spoke with. He was never pushy and explained everything in simple terms, from materials and ventilation to what would happen during tear-off and installation. He paid close attention to detail the whole way through and helped get the overlooked items approved by the insurance company, which made a big difference for us. Before installation, he stopped by to review the final details and make sure the crew had clear instructions, so nothing was missed. Once the new roof was completed, he came back for a full quality check, got up on the roof himself, and made sure the workmanship met a high standard even though we already felt it looked great.
