I had a great experience with Ress. This was my first time needing more than an oil change or tires on my used BMW. So glad I found these guys. They replaced an ignition coil for me and identified a separate issue that I will return to have addressed soon. Fast turnaround time, honest assessment and very fair pricing. Officially my new BMW service shop.
Wife's Mini died at work. Electric problem diagnosed via IA. Search located Ress and the dealer with a couple of others. Contact with Ress said could get to it after the 4th of July weekend. Got it towed that morning and received text that tech had reviewed problem and quick fix was possible. Part got delivered and car driven home same day. AWESOME!

Brought my X3 in for a check engine light. They called me shortly after I dropped off to let me know the issue was something potentially covered by an extended part warranty and recommended I bring it to the dealership to get it fixed for free. I have since done that, and they were right. Didn’t charge me anything for their time, though I was willing to pay. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Super trustworthy and know their stuff. Had I not recently moved out of Indy, this would definitely be my go-to shop. Thanks guys!
