The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very nice! Only complaint would be the kids banging on the doors at midnight and hollering but that's on the parents, the hotel staff did try to get them to stop. Would stay here again.
I stayed here one night to attend a concert downtown. The location is easy to get to, free parking, fast food and gas right at hand. If you attend an event at UD Arena, this is the place for you! I reserved a suite with a balcony and river view, the idea of which appealed to me. I had hoped to view the local eagles that nest across the river from the hotel. However, the balcony patio door was dirty, and the 2 chairs and light fixture on the very narrow balcony were covered in bird droppings. Also, the sound from the interstate was very loud outside, putting a damper on the nature viewing. So I didn't spend any time out there, which meant I wasted some money for that feature. However, the window in the bedroom was clean and had a nice view. I recommend skipping the balcony and reserving a river view room for the best value and benefit. (There were sitting areas outside on the property, but they were also well doused in bird droppings.) The room was comfortable, but I couldn't get the shower attachment to work. If I had a group of friends with me, this would be a nice space to be together.

Feels like a very nickel and dime hotel. I get that breakfast isn't included, but not even complimentary coffee? Arrive on a Sunday, during social hours, but because they were slow they decided to cancel, which I get, but at least plug the free beer 😆 Decided to stay because our fresh water main line broke and we have no water at home. Then I ask for more towels, and im questioned like a fugitive, and then had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk to get fresh ones, feels a bit extra. Clean overall, nice staff, but the customer service aspect is missing.
200$ a night to make your own bed, room keys don't work. hot tub doesn't work, and hasn't for months. maybe remove pictures of it as an amenitie if you don't plan on fixing it. hairs and bugs in the bathroom. loud highway noise. not worth the price, go stay at a super 8 motel, it'll be worth your money more than this place.
Chose thos hotel for the pool and hot tub option after driving for a long time and my back was hurting. The hot tub was out of service and the pool had so much chlorine that we couldnt swim in it. And the room doors all around us slam horribly loud when people go in and out of their rooms, especially early in the morning..so there was no sleeping in for us. A bit overpriced for not having breakfast and pool and hot tub use. On the plus side.. the bed was very comfortable!
