From start to finish they were very informative. They gave options and didn’t just give us the highest price. This is probably the best company I have ever worked with. They even cleaned up our porch from where we took a piece of our porch down so they could get to everything a mess they didn’t even make. It all was an amazing experience.
Cannot say enough great things about Guy Roofing's professionalism and quality from start to finish. They re-roofed our roof, installed a new chimney cap that they fabricated in their facility, and new 6” gutters they fabricated onsite with leaf guard . End result: AMAZING. We learned from Drew we had a builder's gap where the roof sheeting does not meet the top of the fascia board (we had a gap of 1/2 inch to nearly 2 inches in places). Guy Roofing could have just put on a new drip edge with new gutters to cover that up, said that’ll close up that builder’s gap it, called it a day, and we would never have known differently. So, then Justin Ponder the Director of Residential Production came by our home to look at and discuss this. He pointed out the drip edge would not cover that completely and so Justin said Guy Roofing would fabricate an additional custom 7 inch to 8 inch metal piece in their shop with a 90 degree bend in the middle which they then installed & secured around our entire roof perimeter first before anything else in order to close that builder’s gap securely so no mice, bugs, etc. could find their way in.. When it came time put all this together and make it happen, Specialty Services Operations Manager Derrick Cothran was onsite at 7AM. Derrick is a spectacular professional who knows how everything should be done, how it should look, and has the experience and professional skills to ensure that is the end result is spectacular. Our expectations were exceeded by Guy Roofing. My wife is over the moon about how our new chimney cap (and roof) looks and what it does for the look of our home. I feel the very same about how they put / installed our roofing system and all elements together on top of the amazing key professionals we worked with. They were not the least expensive bidder, but, importantly they do not subcontract out their work. Other bids we received did involve subcontractors for all the work we needed done. So, for us, with Guy Roofing, we had one company for all the work done, all licensed and insured, one warranty on the whole job ... plus their workmanship warranty is 15 years more than any other bid(s) we received. Working with a local longstanding company is an added plus. You get what you pay for and the peace of mind we have now is tremendous. Worth every penny. We have every confidence they will be in business to honor that warranty but doubt I will ever have to pick up the phone to use that warranty. Our sales rep Drew Long, and Director of Residential Production Justin Ponder and Specialty Services Operations Manager Derrick Cothran are each top tier knowledgeable consummate experts and professionals. Best I have ever met or worked with. They were never once exasperated by the endless questions I had, and, that includes me being outside on the job with them while the work was being done from start to finish. Drew, Justin and Derrick are the pleasant, professional, and honest and experts we were lucky to work with. Onsite supervision the whole time which was important to me, not just a crew showing up. We hit the lottery and had Derrick onsite, he is really a privilege of a person and professional to work with. A true talent. Not possible to compliment Derrick, Justin and Drew enough professionally or personally. Many thanks guys. My wife and I are totally grateful to them (and their crew). Went to extra efforts to help make sure all roofing nails were retrieved from backyard perimeter near house as we have dogs and did not want any injuries from roof removal debris. Money super well spent on our home and our investments into our home's safety and soundness. Guy Roofing delivers exactly what they say. We have owned multiple homes, and they are the best roofing company we have worked with and no close 2nd place to that. I NEVER write reviews, but, this experience was so outstanding and the end result so incredibly well done I decided to take the time to write this. Thanks again guys and Guy Roofing!

This was a Great Experience from Beginning to End! The phone conversations and initial inspection was most helpful and informative and that was followed up with the “Best Service” I have ever received with my Home! The Roofing Crew wasted no time with preparation and performing the Roof Replacement. The Crew cleaned their work areas as they were installing the roof, leaving my Home looking better than before! To Top it all off…..Guy Roofing recognized me as a Combat Veteran and my Military Service by honoring me as a selection for their Veterans Program! Guy Roofing is the Best in the Area!
Really unimpressed. We had the initial evaluation performed in the evening. Our dinner table was set, and we were literally sitting down to dinner. He sits down at the table and starts unpacking his bag to give us this giant presentation complete with props and a video. After the history of the company and all the nonsense, he finally starts going into his sales pitch. He breaks down all of the pricing plans, etc. He literally gave us a 15 minute presentation at our dinner table with the dinner. He said you should get your wife in here for this when he had to mention some of the concerns and things that could go wrong, but then somewhat shoos her away When it was time to discuss pricing. Despite his Incessant attempts to, so, we finally figured something out. He had promised all this communication and interaction. The next we hear from them, We are getting a bill. I never personally saw anyone at the house. After voicing some concern, only then did they send updated pictures in an explanation. Since then, we continue to have roof problems. I Will not be using them again and I strongly recommend when the salesman sits down at your dinner table that you tell him to skip the presentation.
