The outside trash was overflowing when we arrived. Brought my cup inside, asked them where I could toss it since the outside trash was full and overflowing, they pointed to the breakfast area trashes....also full, not overflowing and buts of trash all over. So now I'm on alert, looking at everything. Floors were filthy as we walked to the elevators, sink in our room did not drain properly and my favorite- there were people above us, so was woken up early by people walking above me. Many other options in Mason. Go anywhere else.
MAJOR HEALTH CONCERN!!! MOLD, MOLD, MOLD!! So many red flags. Stay anywhere else! This hotel should be shut down. It is unsafe and has a definite MOLD issue. Read the other reviews and look at these pictures. If the mold is seeping into a room through a wall outlet, then the entire wall is saturated in MOLD. I am concerned that the rooms are never cleaned. I can not imagine if someone was responsible for cleaning a room that they would just ignore this mold. We were in town for our daughters soccer tournament and as you can see in the pictures, the room had mold. Tami Bell, General Manager, was no where to be found, and the other person working there did not have the "Authority" to help us. We were told there were no other rooms and all they offered was a credit to come back and stay again!?!?!? Why in the world would we want to come back to a MOLD infested hotel? The owners obviously do not reinvest in the hotel, do not care about the health and safety of their guests , and do not empower their employees to assist you if you have an issue. Owners and Management should be ashamed for prioritizing profit over health and safety of their guests.

I could smell mold as soon as I walked into my hotel room. When I took a shower I found the source. The ceiling was covered in black mold. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk they told me there was nothing they could do. The lobby was always dirty. It didn't matter what time of day I was down there. Rooms terrible. Service terrible. Location is great but find a different hotel.
Staff very nice, cordial and professional. The morning breakfast was good, minimal choices but tasty. Will stay again. They have updated and still doing work, not a problem. No noises that interfere with sleep. Location close to expressway and many restaurants.
Stayed here before for a wedding so was comfortable returning. Only room available was a handicap room which on the surface is okay. Couple issues all related to the shower. The shower head won't stay in the holder it looks like they are not compatible. Secondly the floor got soaked outside the shower possibly because of the first issue and needed way more towels. #334
