This is our first experience using Benefit AC after they were recommended to me by a current customer. When I called to ask schedule, all of my questions were addressed to my satisfaction and they found a time and day that worked for me. Rob, the tech, called ahead as promised and was prompt within the scheduled window. He was pleasant and professional and explained what he did and our system status. Overall, very positive experience and look forward working with Benefit in the future. Highly recommend.

We’ve been using Benefit Air to service our homes A/C unit for a couple years now. Anthony always takes care of us with that seasonal maintenance. We get thorough explanations of the service along with pics showing the work. Always friendly and professional.
Prompt service for maintenance. Mikey was my tech and was educational in the important aspects of an AC unit. Just the service was about $175 for my home/location. We did end up replacing two components to the AC which was like $300 a piece. I did sign up for the bi-annual service plan for the winter and summer.
Anthony of Benefit Air recently did maintenance and also some repair on my 2 Trane HVAC units. As always, they did a terrific job at a reasonable price. I have used Benefit Air for many years now and will continue to do so because of their competency, honesty, and fairness. I give them my highest recommendation.
