This company's technicians deserved a 10 for their great customer service. Very highly recommended. They all showed great work habits toward us. Very knowledgeable. We will recommend them to families and friends. Shout out to James W., Hayden R., Xavier D., Marquel, and Yolanda. We appreciate all you have done for us elderly couple. Please keep up the good work. What a great company! Additional shout out to Zachary H., and Jeremy H. Came in yesterday due to new A/C acted bad Sunday, giving us warm air in place of cool. Hope all is fine now. Thank you guys for great customer service.
I'm very happy and impressed with the work they did today. Cory & Jeremy are both hard working and knowledgeable about every aspect of HVAC. They worked all day and didn't even take a lunch break. If I had my own company, I'd hire Cory & Jeremy in a second. I couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Same Day Air Repair! They had a technician at my house within just a couple of hours. Alex quickly diagnosed the issue, picked up the necessary parts, and returned the same day to complete the repair. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Thanks to Alex, my AC is working again, and I’ll be sleeping in a cool house tonight! He was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy, and I truly appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Same Day Air Repair, and especially Alex, for anyone needing fast, reliable HVAC service.
Mike and Same Day Air were great to work with. Full diagnosis and five different options on how to proceed. Honest feedback and relatable experiences from Mike helped make the right choice. Kristy was awesome with scheduling and super nice. Thanks Same Day Air team! Edit: while the set up was great. The installation technicians ruined my turf when removing the AC unit. They leaked ac fluid all across the turf and it’s not coming out… disappointing as this was 100% avoidable.
I wanted to bring to your immediate attention the disappointing experience my mother-in-law had today with Ian from your company while servicing her two units, both supposedly under Guard warranty. First off, Ian arrived and diagnosed everything in less than 45 minutes – honestly, it felt rushed and surface-level at best. For the first unit, without any thorough inspection, he immediately blamed a power surge. The contactor was untouched, and the only photo shared with my mother-in-law was a close-up that didn’t tell the full story. Upon a deeper investigation, it became clear that the low voltage wire had been wrapped around the high voltage wire, causing overheating, weakening, and eventually popping. 🔥 This wire damage led to the blower motor failing — something definitely not caused by a power surge! Despite this, he flat-out denied her claim and quoted an outrageous $1,320 for a warranty part that should be 100% covered under the contract. Moving on to the other unit, Ian claimed the thermostat was faulty, so he installed a used thermostat. However, after further inspection, it was evident the thermostat wasn’t engaging the reversing valve properly, which caused the temperature to rise instead of drop. Even worse, Ian admitted to my mother-in-law that he would "pick extra wires and hope for the best" rather than verifying the wiring at the unit. 🤦🏻♂️ This is unacceptable work by any standard. To add insult to injury, Ian told her that because of the supposed power surge on the first unit, the entire claim was denied — including the thermostat, which should have been covered separately. 🧐 Instead of helping a customer who is in the process of selling her house and trying to get the units operational before inspection, Ian and his team seemed more interested in finding excuses to deny coverage based on burnt wires they could take advantage of. That’s not how customer service should work. Thankfully, the thermostat has been replaced with a new one, and it is now effectively lowering the temperature as verified with a Fieldpiece psychrometer. The blower motor has already been ordered and is scheduled for installation tomorrow. I wanted to share this with you to highlight the poor reputation your company’s technicians are projecting to your customers. This was a frustrating and discouraging experience, and I hope steps are taken to improve the professionalism and honesty of your service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
