I had a great experience with Castle Roofing. The technician named Juan was clearly very experienced and professional, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Unlike other companies, he actually went up into the attic to identify the exact source of the leak and shared photos with me to explain the issue clearly. They performed a very clean repair on the roof using Ice & Water Shield for extra protection and even provided a 1-year labor warranty, giving me peace of mind. I’m very satisfied with their diagnostic approach and the quality of the repair. Highly recommended for anyone looking for honest and skilled roofing services.
Highly recommend Castle. Mi casa was long overdue for an exterior paint refresh, peeling, signs of improper sealing/stains from prior owners etc., and the team was great start to finish! Quote was very reasonable, work was scheduled and finished on time, and they went above and beyond with communication during the project (hence the 5 stars). What impressed us most was their attention to detail during the prep phase—they spent significant time pressure washing and repairing the minor wood rot before even picking up a brush. Overall the paint lines are crisp, and the crew was on time every morning and kept their work areas very neat. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated to quality work these days!
We used this company for a new roof installation at our north Druid hills house. Exceptional service I must say. I really like how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Back office was able to walk me through the timeline and I appreciated them being on time and adhering to it. Hard to find that quality these days. Pretty decent price too.
