The staff here is beyond amazing. I had a previous horrible experience with the dentist and it made me afraid to go for years. After a emergency the staff helped me and made me feel confident that everything would be ok if they treated me. I've had about three sessions here and I am never nervous walking in knowing I'm in great hands. In addition they're also miracle workers as they've made great progress. I still have a long way to go, but I know I am in very confident hands and in the right place where I need to be. Highly Highly recommend this place. The before and after pictures alone show how strong of a team these doctors are.

After going through four days and nights of excruciating pain, I came in feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly desperate for relief. Dr. Shaw and Tye treated me with so much care, patience, compassion, and professionalism from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond anything I expected. They took the time to diagnose what was going on, provided accurate referrals, made sure I left without pain, and gave me a solid wellness plan for recovery. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the way they cared for me when I truly needed help. Their kindness, resilience, and dedication made a huge difference. I was glad to find a dentist open on the weekend locally. This office was clean and tidy. The front desk employee seemed distracted but was nice overall. The dental assistant Amy was very kind and patient and soothing. I have terrible anxiety and she was reassuring. The dentist himself was efficient and straightforward with the facts of my dental issue. I will ultimately resolve the issue with my regular dentist, but this is a great facility for those of us who don’t just have teeth issues Monday through Friday!
I had to come in for an emergency appointment because of pericoronitis, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. Kala and Amy, the dental assistants, were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Ty at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in process easy and stress free. Dr. Miller was fantastic he took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent care. I’m so grateful for the entire team and highly recommend this office to anyone needing emergency dental care. Thank you all for making a stressful situation so much easier!
To limit infection during a major surgery, I was in need of a Tooth extraction. Everyone wanted to do a consult and future appointment, but that would risk delaying my mastectomy. I called Emergency Dental and they made a same day appointment. After X-rays and an exam, Dr. Faisal was able to extract the tooth that very day. I was beyond happy to get it done and have a month to heal. I was met upon entry by Adria. She was professional and welcoming. She helped me with my paperwork and kept me updated during my wait. She really is delightful and creates a great first impression. Alexa and a new trainee assisted the doc and kept me comfortable and calm. I am 4 hours post extraction and feeling good. I cannot express how happy I am that I decided to use Emergency Dental of Cincinnati. I only wish they could do my implant!
