The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles is located slightly outside of the Golden Triangle. The level of service is simply amazing. The staff knows your name , something about you and the reason for your stay. There is always a staff member when you need their help--from the moment you arrive to the moment you get picked up to leave. I dont know how they anticipate and provide a intelligent solution to all your problems. When you stay here its like you are surrounded by family. When i checked- in , I misplaced my iphone. They helped me locate it searching my parked car and my room. When my phone needed a charge and I realized I had forgotten to pack my charging cord they helped me at the front desk. And after it was fully charged they reminded me later to take it as i went out for the evening. The rooms are truly world class. The size is generous and the design layout and furniture is well thought out. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve experienced. The linens and pillows are top class. The bathroom is well designed with many excellent features. The towels are excellent and plush. The hair dryer is a professional model found in hair salons. The hotel has a complimentary car service which will take you to the Golden Triangle which are the shopping streets Rodeo , as well as the restaurants. And if you need a ride back and it’s not too late, the car is there exactly where you need it. The Hotel has a terrific spa and rooms for conferences which do not feel like a generic large hotel. A perfect place to have a wedding event. The Four Season is extremely safe and well run. You wont find any of the typical faults or frustration here. The staff are polite and extremely professional.

Wonderful stay! The service was exceptional and, as always, maintained a very high standard. Both restaurants were delicious, offering excellent food and a great dining experience. The pool area is large, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel also features a lovely spa, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A great location with easy access to Beverly Hills. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it
I had an absolutely incredible experience. I traveled with my pet and they were so caring and kind to both of us. Room was extremely clean, the service was outstanding and I absolutely had an incredible time. Alexia Madden who was a guest experience lead was the kindest and most helpful person I have ever met. Please go and see her if you booked the hotel. She will make sure you are treated like royalty. Cannot wait to go back!
Cons: please update your in room coffee machines, theyre very noisy and not very nice. The in room kettle is also very cheap and doesn't work well. The fridge had a odd smell when I opened it. The electronics were flawed and old basically. However. Pros: Stayed at this location with my cat as a los angeles local while my home was being worked on. Had a wonderful stay, used the room service plenty and the concierge plenty as it was a stay-cation. Extremely relaxing. Nice pool though it is modest sized. The workers make this place what it is everyone is extremely nice and professional. The service is impeccable. Everyone goes the extra mile and even calls you by your last name the whole time u are there. Help with luggage. Willing to give you almost anything you reasonably ask for. Loved it. The massage I had was one of the best I've ever had 10/10 worth it to use the spa ammenities . Very pet friendly.
An exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills — one I would return to in a heartbeat. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team was a breath of fresh air. The energy here is warm, genuine, and consistently elevated throughout. We spent a great deal of time at the restaurant, and the dining experience was equally impressive — attentive, caring service paired with wonderful meals made it a true highlight of our stay. Housekeeping was impeccable. Stepping out for a few hours and returning to a flawlessly reset room — complete with fresh berries and water — was a beautiful and thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed. The concierge team was attentive and resourceful, seamlessly arranging local salon and spa bookings and coordinating use of the house car with ease. The bellmen and valet rounded out a team that is, simply put, exceptional — kind-hearted, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to be around. I left wishing I could stay longer, and I will absolutely be back. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Beverly Hills family for making this experience so memorable.
