I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience dealing with Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills ahead of our stay. After spending a significant amount of money on what we expected to be a special and seamless experience, we were informed that the hotel could not locate our booking. When we contacted the property for assistance, we spoke with Rosa (Core Agent), who was unfortunately unhelpful and showed little willingness to investigate further. Rather than offering reassurance or proactively helping resolve the issue, we were simply told to contact an third party and there was no sense of ownership or effort to assist us, which was surprising given the reputation and price point of the hotel. For a luxury brand, we expected a much higher level of customer care and problem-solving. Being left to sort out a booking issue — especially for such an important trip — was both stressful and disappointing.
Staff were all friendly and helpful but essential touches like waters in our valet parked cars, a very shitty coffee machine in the room, housekeeping not cleaning the room though we left for a few hours made the stay a slightly disappointing one. It seemed like a touch below the excellence of a typical four seasons hotel It had a nice view of the Hollywood sign though

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. Our one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms was amazing — beautifully decorated, modern, and very comfortable. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Beverly Hills, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The food across the hotel was great, though service at the main restaurant was noticeably slow. The pool is a nice feature, but it does feel a bit dated, and the lounger area is surprisingly small, especially when compared to the spacious and well-equipped gym. Overall, a luxurious experience with a few areas that could use an update.
This is a really nice and classy hotel! It deserves 10 stars! The decor is beautiful! I was there for a business meeting. There's so many things to do, very upscale restaurants! I had the best smash burger I've ever had anywhere at Culina!!! It's very clean inside. The pool area is amazing with an outside restaurant. The spa area is beautiful! All the staff were really nice and helpful! The business meeting included meals and it was exquisite! The short ribs are amazing! Every room was decorated so well! The greenery gives you an escape from reality and makes you never want to leave. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! My view was so beautiful! I truly felt like I was living like a superstar!! The staff in charge of orchestrating the rooms were so kind and professional! Marcus was so nice! He made check out easy and I enjoyed his great customer service! I highly recommend this hotel! I would gladly return any day! The only downfall is you don't ever want to leave!
Enjoyed lunch here last week and the service, food, and drinks were exquisite. The moment you walk into the Four Seasons Hotel, you are blown away by its beauty. Everything is stunning and perfectly placed. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon at Cucina Ristorante for a lavish Italian lunch. Our server Faysal was kind, knowledgeable, gracious, and professional. The food speaks for itself. The presentation is spot on and the restaurant is absolutely stunning. Thank you Faysal for a fabulous lunch and shout out to the Beverage Manager, Tianna who stopped by and chatted with us about upcoming events & her delicious new (gorgeous and tasty) cocktail. Well done team. Thank you!
