The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the front desk who fixed my reservation i had messed up. The hotel seemed new and the room was clean and comfortable. The heating was quiet which is nice for a budget hotel not to have a tractor repeatedly starting up in the night. Breakfast was good within the expected scope they had made a real effort to offer a variety of better things instead of just those tasteless rubber eggs we get. They also had a nice range of well chosen snacks in the freezer to heat up in the room Thanks to everyone for making us welcome.
I stayed overnight here because of an early morning at UC. First up, this facility is about a year old as of this writing. Location is a little out of the way, but not a negative for me. It's a quiet area, with some restaurants and stores just a few minutes away. I booked via booking.com, and had no issues about being scolded as another reviewer stated. The rooms are very nice! I got a king suite and it was very spacious. Ceilings were high, no carpet (which, I'm OK with), 3/4 size fridge, sink, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Very cool! Overall, a really nice stay. Room was clean. My only two complaints are personal preferences - pillows are pretty average and low shower pressure. Everything else was great! Breakfast options are decent too.

We picked this hotel specifically because of the free EV charging and it worked great. Lots of stations, and plugs work for both NACS & J-1772 ports. The breakfast options were also good.
I have stayed at alot of home2 suites across the country. The rooms here felt a bit under kept. The staff was great. The refreshment coffee area was very well maintained made sure it was hot and fresh. And the front desk all shift was great. BUT I do give a warning ⚠️ I took my 9 and 5 year old to the pool. I took them out of the pool when I noticed there sensitive young skin was chemically burned from the chemicals in the pool. After a nightmare experience at urgent care and my 5 year old screaming and crying in pain it was hard to swallow.
Absolutely ridiculous checking in. Booked the hotel weeks in advanced via the app and Hilton Honors. Digital key wouldn’t work unless we showed an ID at the desk. We got there over an hour after check in and it was pure chaos. We finally got a room that they claimed was clean but was not when we went to it. Waited another hour + for another room to be ready. They were communicating with housekeeping via their personal cell phones and there was obvious miscommunication…never seen anything like it. They were ill prepared for the amount of guests and I’ve never had an experience like this checking in at any hotel, let alone a Hilton. Ruined our weekend plans as we are from out of town/state and only had a short amount of time to bar hop/sightsee before the Reds game that night.
